I was given an invoice who work completed that was not done this was my email. I paid a portion of bill to cover materials plus and asked to come back and correct the issue. I hope this message finds you well. I'm writing to discuss the invoice for the service performed on my truck on Wednesday, August 7th.When you arrived at the property, we discussed a couple of issues:Brake Issue: I mentioned that the flatbed needed the brakes bled because the brake pedal goes down to the floor. I noticed a charge of $200 for this service, yet the pedal still goes down to the floor.Power Steering Leak: I informed you that there was a leak in the power steering system, possibly from the pump or a line, and that it needed replacement. After hours of diagnostic work, the power steering box was filled, but as soon as we moved the truck and trailer, the fluid poured out again. You initially stated it was a slow leak, but it appears to be more severe than that.Additionally, according to the invoice, both brake calipers and rear brake pads were removed and replaced, and the brakes were bled. However, when we drove the truck, the brakes were smoking, and the pedal continued to sink to the floor.Im committed to conducting proper business and addressing these issues responsibly. However, being billed for services that were supposed to fix these problems but didnt is concerning. I understand from our conversation that even your brother mentioned concerns about your work, suggesting that things might be getting broken in the process of repair. Thus creating more work for you because it was done intentionally. Please understand that after that was said now this something doesn't sit well.Nobody will pay an invoice for work that is incomplete or requires additional work that was never discussed initially. Its crucial that these issues are properly addressed, and the necessary repairs are made without further cost. Please let me know how we can address these outstanding issues. I look forward to hearing from you soon so we can resolve this matter.Thank you for your attention to this issue.

LIAR! NJ Home builder is the worst possible company to do business with. After signing a contract in May 2022, work started in Sept 2022. They worked intermittently 2 day on, weeks off with delay after delay after delay, excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't complete the jobs at hand. I had to pay someone else to redo work they left that was done poorly. However, they were always on time to send me the invoices and wanted payment right away! they refused to fix a problem with my flooring which to date is still not fixed. We have them the deposit for the outside siding in Oct/Nov 2022 and after months of excuses and lies here we are in July 2023 it is just being completed. Job isnt even done and they have the nerve to send me the final invoice and want payment immediately. I asked months ago for my money back when there was significant delay but was denied because *** said the materials were in sitting their shop and he couldnt return them. However that was lie as when the new project manager came he told me they were never ordered. *** is a liar and the worst possible business owner. All he wants is his money but doesn't care about customer service.

** Homebuilders and Renovations Review We hired ** homebuilders and they very quickly came out to give us an estimate ensuring us that they had lots of workers and worked on multiple projects at the same time. That was the first misconception. I could go on for days, but this is the down and dirty. Professionalism 1/5 stars: Contractor does not ensure that jobs are complete and provides snarky feedback when questioned; Performs work without consulting with the homeowner first, then provides additional charge for completed work; during estimates, the front entry door was measured to be replaced. We emailed the contractor several times with pictures and measurements to purchase the door that we wanted. When we received the door, it was 6 inches smaller than the original door, and the contractor tried to pin the onus back on the homeowner even though there was quite a bit of correspondence on the matter before we ordered it and wanted to up charge us because it didnt fit. Craftsmanship 2/5 stars: *** workers are capable of doing good work, but when they show up they are rushed as they are working on multiple projects at the same time and the end result shows in the quality of work provided; contractor damaged existing household items and didnt say anything about it, when questioned, they half-heartedly fixed the issues; large areas of painting were omitted or completed poorly because the workers were rushed. When inquired, we were told that painting was complete and that if we desired further painting that we would have to pay extra. Complete just enough work to get to the next payment point, and then give excuses why they cant finish the work that was already paid for. Timeliness 1/5 stars: A typical week consisted of about 1 to 2 days *** of labor on site; on at least 2 occasions there no workers on site for at least 10 days; on 2 other occasions there were no workers on site for at least 7 days. Contract stated that work would take between 6

Entry Door was ordered by ****** the homeowner. Door sent by email for NJ Home builder to confirm that it would fit as per the specs were fine. The door that was ordered and delivered the measurements did not match the description ****** sent to NJHB. There should have been a large upcharge for all the additional work that needed to be done to get the incorrect door ****** ordered installed. With the door, the old door was warped and whoever installed the tile in the foyer installed the tile up against the warped door. NJHB had to cut back the tile and a/gain should have been an upcharge for this as well. In our text message and email, tile delivered by floor and decor came broken in a bunch of pieces , this is why there was not enough tile. .In our text as well, Floor and Decor sent an additional bag of mortar instead of grout. This was ordered correctly but delivered wrong. CLEARLY states in contract what doors you chose and you signed the contract. We can give you a copy to post for all your friends. As per our text and conversation with ****** and per our contract. New areas we built were getting sheetrocked. Then ****** wanted a nail pops spackled, then a few cracks spackled. When we showed up the entire basement was 90% skim coated. Throughout the entire job, ****** even after a call from the ** and the owner telling him to leave the guys alone, he still did not. NJHB workers were very frustrated with ****** being right behind them talking and smoking his vape everywhere they went. Our electrician , plumber and tile guys all had the same issue telling NJHB they can not get anything done with ****** there, . .As for painting, the contract included 2 coats which they received. We told them we can give them a price to do more but they did not want to pay for additional coats of paint. The job has not been punched out yet even though ****** has sent 4 punch lists . Punch list is for when the job is done and we do walk through. The Smiths cancelled the contract, not NJHB!!! NJHB contract states we are not responsible for delays such as all the non stock items the Smiths have picked out which caused major delays, all the add on to the job they added. NJHB contract states homeowners are to move all stuff out of the way like washer and dryer. NJHB was finishing the job but homeowners decided to cancel the contract not NJHB. We had 1 day left to wrap up but we believe funding went dry that's why they canceled the contract.
