After numerous messages back and forth to discuss ******** pricing and confirm that there wouldn't be any additional dealer fees other than normal tax and title costs, I was encouraged to come to the sales lot to review the truck. After taking the time to drive there and having additional discussions with the salesperson and sales manager to confirm the price, I then test drove the truck and after the drive agreed to pay cash at the advertised price. That is then when sales manager tells me that he can't sell it to me because it was supposedly tied up on a financed sale at a much higher sale price. I'm confident the purpose of this ploy was to get me to buy the truck at a higher than advertised price. The whole process was a big waste of my time.Review from Christopher R

Do not recommend. We were told the walk out price for a 2021 used ******* Accent was $17,500 (including fees, given below). We were given horrible financing options - encouraged to take the longest term loans because the cost per month would be "lower". This is often done to give you the highest interest rates possible.In my case, the dealership fee was $1,000 The transportation fee was $2,000 When the letter from the bank came in with the loan amount, the loan amount came out to $16,500 in stead of the expected $14,500!!! This was a CLEAR CASE OF BAIT AND SWITCH.These people are not trustworthy. I was told that the price of the vehicle including fees would be $17,500, and the total price came out to $19,500 with TERRIBLE loan terms.If you end up going here be VERY careful as these are not trustworthy people. **** is the name of the person who worked with us and he is friendly enough, but I would not trust these people if I were you.

we are sorry you feel this way, but as we mentioned for you in person that we have no control over the financing side of the deal since the banks qualify every customer differently based on lots of factors but mainly on their credit and in general if the credit is not good then the terms will be a lot harder so again we are sorry that the bank approval did not work in your favor this time but maybe it will in the future, should you need help at any point please feel free to reach out to us, thank youReview from C. Horrible experience at this dealer. We bought a ****** Sentra SR about a month ago and before buying we agreed on some details that needed to be fixed. Cigarette burn on the seat/some paint scratches and the front wheels had some scratches that were supposed to be fixed. They took photos and others... that they would send us to the place on the days of the purchase according to them for the arrangement... LIE!! They made us go all over the place and to the workshops and they said that they would not cover the repair of the seat... and that after that not even the scratches... they are Liars for you to buy it and they say YES to everything, it's a Lie! And they don't give you that paper that they are going to repair what was agreed...that when I get home I review it and they never put it together with the papers you signed! they show it to you in the office but they don't include it in the copy! DO NOT go to that dealer, they are a scam ?? THE WORST!! WE WILL NEVER COME BACK! AND I WILL WARN AS MANY AS I CAN SO THEY NEVER BUY THERE. If they tell us not to fix it, we would not have made the purchase. Think before you go! we have addressed all customer's concerns on 4 different visits to make her happy, we have service receipts from our service shop for all the work that the customer requested us to do, "please keep in mind that is is a used car with a limited warranty " but we tried to go above and beyond to make our customer happy and also from body and detail shops, even after trying all that to earn her satisfaction but we could not due to her demanding more after every time try to earn her satisfaction upon request, we can provide all text messages between us and the customer along with all the above-mentioned receipts.Customer Response

We do not demand anything outside of what was agreed BEFORE the purchase. We know it's a used car but as I mentioned before you said YES to sell the car... and you don't have repair shops because they sent us to 3 different shops because they said NO. Even that his own representative did not know what to do Since he himself said that the manager He said yes and now I don't know what is happening. I knew what was agreed before buying. I do not recommend this dealer Never!!! because they lie to sell. I've bought 3 cars from other dealers and I've never had a problem, but you lie. If they had told us that they were not going to fix it, we would not buy it, that is all. THEY LIE
