    I was pricing rides to an from newark air port. I called someothers and found State shuttel. I called and told the girl what I was looking for.i need a ride from toms river nj to newark air port and on 12/7 to be picked up at 5:00 AM and taken home. She gave me a price and I booked it. She told me when. I come back to get my luggage and call them. I asked how long will it take him to pick me up. That the driver will be in the air port lot. When I returned on the morning of the 7th I called. The girl said that they sent a car yesterday were was I. I told her that they were told I was arriving in the morning of the 7th. My flyt home wasn't till 11:55PM on the 6th an arriving on the 7th at 5:00AM. She said t h at she would need my card again to book the car I told her it was paid for. She said it was just to book it. So I gave it to her. One hour later the car came and took me home. Later that day I looked at my bank account and there was a charge from State Shuttel for the full amount again. $146.80. I called up and was told to call on Monday the girl that dos the refunds is not in. I called on Monday an asked for the book keeper. I didn't even get a chance to say anything. She told me that the owner was on vacation and she would call me and hung up. I whated till the next Monday an called. Again I didn't even say a word and was told that the owner had to go to her sons college and they would call me. This sounds like the run around. I was given the price for round trip of $146.80 Then I was charged again $146.80

     In regards to this complaint with ****** *********, yes there was a booking error, and yes we gave him a full refund in the amount of ****** on 12-30-24. We also spoke to Mr. ********* about his refund.

    Booked a car service from home to ************** for a business trip. Scheduled weeks in advance. Found out the next day that my company would not reimburse for this business so I called to cancel the service. The company would not refund my card. Claimed they can only provide credit.

    We at State Shuttle have issued a full credit of $168.00, for *********** once we learned that his company did not accept private car service like he had booked., We have been in direct contact with him, and he is happy this the way this matter has been fixed.
