All County Exteriors replaced all the windows in my home in March 2020. Everything was fine, until last December, when I noticed a draft in my picture window when I was sitting on my sofa. I called them early this year and they sent someone out to look at it. I don't recall his name, but he said he would be back with some equipment to pinpoint the issue and have it repaired. I never heard back. I called again a few weeks ago and the person I spoke with on the phone said someone would contact me. Again, I haven't heard back. The other windows are not drafty. I am not happy with the service and would request through the BBB that this issue gets resolved.

I was looking for a company to do siding on my office building and someone recommended All County Exteriors. It appears online that they specifically indicate they do background checks on their employees. This is very important since these are people who are working around my employees, some of which are family as well. I did further research and due diligence and it has come to my attention that at least one of their supervisors (*******) has an extensive criminal background, which includes burglary, drug offenses and domestic assault, and that he even has pending charges against him for domestic aggravated assault. So, either they did a background check and they dont care about his history, or they didnt even do a background check like they say they do. Thats misrepresentation and puts customers in potential danger. Please be careful who you are hiring to be around your family, workers etc.Business response

We have contacted our lawyer regarding this matter. This has nothing to do with our company's workmanship . This is an ex girlfriend who is harassing several of our employees.
