The only positive reviews here are from shills these SlumLord's could get. They hide behind office doors and switchboard because the job they do managing their ghettofabulous properties is disgraceful, unprofessional, and downright pathetic. Greedy out of town management company that has no interest in its residents or the condition of the property. They have neglected this propert, and its literally falling down around us.Don't have any emergency. Thwy will eventually get to it. They could care less, and they show it at every turn This is the 3rd management company in 5 years, and they are by far THE WORST. They aren't accredited by the BBB for very good reason. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE. Thank me later.Review from Nylah P

This company is absolutely horrible. I signed my lease in October and do not have a single positive review. Ive really tried to be patient with them. Do NOT expect this company to treat you with care. I have put in numerous maintenance requests, and only a few have actually been resolved. For example, Im still waiting for my shower to be fixed, a request I put in MONTHS ago when I first moved into the complex. Also, I have had to go without heat for 4/5 days here. During that emergency, I tried to get help and asked a lot of questions to try to resolve the issue; but instead of getting assistance, I had employees (and even supervisors) rudely hanging up on me. Not to mention, they say specific things like (action) will be done on (day) or (person) will do this by (time) and do not keep their word. I have been without a mailbox key the entire time of living here, and still have yet to receive my replacement. Ive been given the run around trying to access my mail and have been told someone would provide me with a new key, and of course, I still have not received one yet. I will never be a tenant under this company again, and I advise others to stay away too.Review from Angela K.

This management company should be cited for the crime, unsafe conditions, uninhabitable apartments, unskilled maintenance workers. Property is in violation of many new castle county ******** ***** codes! Not fire compliant! Antiquated electrical systems. Poor lighting. Insect infestation and a total disregard for tenants. They rent to criminals, *** offenders (without our knowledge) and people who have no social security numbers. The police are here all the time. Before Olivetree bought, we never had any crime, and repairs were made in a timely manner. No handicap parking in front of building 6.

We believe in EOH and support those who have lived here for over 5 to 10 years. Our community is to date and compliant. We have a high ****** business rating and very low vacancy within our community. We do however wish to have had the opportunity to speak with you about your comments above. So much so we have tried to reach out to you since March to identify how we can assist with your delinquent monthly rent balances. We have offered support, and opportunities to secure funds and payment plan types but sadly you don't accept our approached and have hung up on us on numerous occasions. So, like our other invites, let us know when you have the opportunity to meet and discuss your matters in person in the near future. Thank you for your time. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
