    Unethical, dishonest, *************. Accepted my offer for several items at a considerable discount. Several days go by after paying for items and still not shipped. Tried contacting through email, phone. No one answered the phone at all after several attempts. Sales *** would not respond either. That should have been my first warning sign. No ***utable company doesn't answer the phone.Finally receive a response to my email stating that my order was cancelled! They claimed that the items were out of stock. They were not. Item were still available to purchase. Apparently they realized they gave me to good of a deal. I don't know why else they cancelled the order.Stay away, they will lie to you after you get a good deal and not ship the items.

    Stay away for this company. All the listing on the website list that the condition is brand new. Nothing came factory sealed. Received my order everything was open boxed. Items were missing boxes were damaged. Unable to sell as **** ******* didnt even want to pay for return shipping or reimburse me. I had to pay out of pocket to return the merchandise. Had to wait 3 weeks for my refunded to be issued when they had the merchandise in their warehouse for three weeks. After refund was issued my account got suspended because according to them the item was brand new. The only way I can get back my account is to take back the goods. Stay away form this company. Other better companies out there such as Grade A ************ DenariusBlack.Com

    Issue after issue.After finding these wholesales, I thought I found a decent seller to acquire inventory from myself. Bought two laptops with their first-time customer discount. Which prompted the first issue.I got the first laptop and waited weeks for the seconds and never received it. I poked into their in-site support multiple times about the issue and got nowhere. I filed a claim with PayPal to recoup some of my funds. Which was my first mistake. Instead of going to my sales rep, it got denied. I contacted my sales rep about the issue only to discover two more issues. Not only did I get charged full price for two items. I got double charged. I tried to explain for weeks to my sales rep I was entitled to a refund of my laptop and double charge and was getting excessively slow responses. I only got my funds after sending two invoices from PayPal showing what I was entitled to.I thought the ordeal would be over and I eventually found a buyer for my one laptop only to find out the laptop was DOA. Adding headache I contacted my sales rep and got a response to send proof of the issue. I sent it and didn't receive a response for several weeks. I sent a follow-up and didn't get a response. Fed up, I sent an email stating I was fed up with their company and would be filing a report to the ** consumer affairs division. Only to finally get a response saying I should call a number for emergencies. Which for RMA's is nowhere stated in the **** It states to contact your rep. ***** weeks come and go after little to no response from my rep on follow-up emails. I call and finally find out they go back and say they won't do an RMA on their supposedly working and refurbished laptop, due to their arduous RMA policy, and banned me from their platform. I can only assume for want to hold them accountable and complain to local government authorities about their actions and practices.Wouldnt use, or recommend, horrible communication, and lackluster policies that hurt customers.
