    placed a pre-order for a product on may of 2021 for ***** dollars. the product will say it was coming next month each month. It has been 3 years with no delivery, I have tried to cancel the order and they said they would not since it was too far out. Now they have shut down their website and all was of communication. They are taking pre-orders and money from people with no plans to deliver the product. I have now read numerous accounts of people who have had the same problem.

    I purchased an item that was listed for pre-sale from their Sure Thing Toys affiliated business on 9/8/2022. The price paid immediately was $112.43, which was made through ******. The order number is #******. The item was purchased with the promise of fulfillment, and which was never fulfilled and now the company has filed for bankruptcy with no fulfillment of my order. I am seeking a refund immediately. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and have been notified that a refund would be forthcoming by 4/14/2024, but this has not occurred.

    I purchased an item that was a pre order. Was to be months down the line for release . It never showed. I contacted the seller multiple times , Got responses that I still have. Saying that it was pushed back even further , But was coming . So I let it ride. Now i've reached out multiple times and have gotten zero respones, site is down. I'm requesting my 186.00 back.

    I purchased a pre-order for a Wednesday Addams living Dead Doll from this company. I paid the pre-order price up front. Every time the date the item was supposed to be shipped the pre-order date kept getting pushed back further and further. Every time the date it was supposed to be shipping came they would shift the the expected pre-order shipping date forward a few months. Now the website I ordered from has shut down and I've never received my item and I haven't received a refund.

    Hello. Beginning in 8/2022 I pre-ordered items that were never fulfilled. They were all prepaid. It was 3 orders in total, with a 80 dollar amount altogether. I just found out they went bankrupt.     Had preordered items paid for in advance on order # ****** requesting refund multiple times, given the run around the last few months. Now I find company went out business indicating email would be sent to file claim on 4/14/24 for which I never received and have no information on whom can assist? Really bad business.

    This business which operates the online toy and collector store, surethingtoys.com has taken my money for several pre-orders dating back to 2022 and has never fulfilled any orders. I have been in constant contact but was always told the delivery date has been moved and to wait patiently as the merchandise will soon arrive at their warehouse. Now they no longer reply to any inquiries via email or phone and their website has been taken down.

    Hi, so I preordered an item from the company “Sure Thing Toys” based in Nj & the owner closed the store down & took down his website leaving his customers without the items they purchased! I am one of those customers. I never received my item & he failed to answer the emails I sent him & phone calls I made. He owes me $37.31.

    I placed 4 pre-orders (order number ******, ******, ******, ******) of collectible toys with the total paid amount of US$273.20 with "Sure Thing Toys" in 2021 and 2022. These pre-orders should have been delivered in 8 to 10 months. However, these orders were never delivered after more than 2 years. The merchant "Sure Thing Toys" simply updates the delivery month on their website and string the customer to pass the "180-day limit" so that the merchant can say "unable to refund". The merchant ignores emails and have disconnected their toll free customer service phone number. Meanwhile, the same pre-orders offered by other online retailers have arrived long time ago. As of Feb 5, 2024, this merchant still maintains their website, Facebook page (last updated on Feb 2, 2024) and have a booth at major comic con events across the US (**** **** ** *** ******* on Jan 6-7, 2024).

    I have three preorders that this company has failed to provide, two of the items that I have preordered have been released by the manufacturer MONTHS ago. When I contact this company, they say that if I cancel, they can only give me store credit. I refuse store credit as this business is a failure with delivery products. Order ******, both items have been available for months from the manufacturer, placed 04/20/2023. order ****** placed 04/25/2023. Order ****** placed on 05/18/2022. I can provide emails from this company if needed.
