**BEWARE** ***FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ***I drove 1 hr ************************************************* from their online advertising. See below. Priced for $24,700 with all discounts. I dealt with ****** and the sales manager Laizo. When I arrived to look at the car, turns out the car was falsely advertised and had over $7,500 in damages from an accident in the lot. When I questioned the staff about what would happen now, they simply said that the price of repairs would get added on top of that online price, bringing the car to over $31,000 with an accident now on the CARFAX.I still decided to negotiate that the price of the damaged gets FAIRLY taken off the price of the car. They said no and said there was nothing they can do. I wouldnt never drove this distance for the FALSE ADVERTISEMENT that this dealership provides.Never come here.Review from Jose A

BEWARE BAIT AND SWITCH! After I looked for a 2024 RAV4 Hybrid LE on Toyota Universe's website, a woman named ********************************* called me and said if I came in right now I could drive a 2024 RAV4 Hybrid LE on the lot. So I drove 45 minutes to the dealership. ***** was nowhere to be found, and a salesman who came after 10 minutes told me he had no RAV4 Hybrid LEs and wouldn't for weeks. He tried to interest me in a Prius. Then I remember that the EXACT SAME bait and switch happened to me at Toyota Universe in 2021. Toyota Universe in *************** is the worst. They failed to uphold the contract they signed so I took them to court - TWICE. Twice they lost the case and are liable for damages to me. They refuse to pay, ignore letters from lawyers, ignore the judgments of the courts, etc. Anyone considering doing business with this entity should really consider what they're getting themselves into. This dealership is an absolute scam!!!! I was given an out of the door price over the phone based on the listed price online and a 0% APR promotion. When i went there they said its not applicable and that I was given the wrong price. They are going to "fire" the people who gave me the price. During the initial talk, they didn't even want to calculate an offer for me because I had called them out for their Internet sales people providing a price." They left for 10 minutes to, "listen to the recorded call" to see what happened. The "top salesman" **** was an absolutely unprofessional jackass, was not interested in any negotiating so I had to ask for his manager. After they finally got me a price, the reconditioning fee as well as Doc fee were 2-3 times what the listed price on the website was. It literally saved me that I read online and asked about the fees over the phone. Save your time, go to another dealership.Maybe this dealership was great at one point but now it is a disgrace to the Toyota brand. Hoping corporate comes and cleans up this trash site. Terrible, lies and more lies, I travelled almost 3 hours to see a car that I was sent a VIN number but car was not there. And they insist was an honest mistake and manager tried the change my mind and when I asked to see employee that made arrangement for price and visit I wax not able because she takes very long breaks , I call her and she said she will be back in 10 minutes, after that she never appeared and never answer my call againReview from Enmanuel T
