    Placed an order on 9/2 and have not received my order. Have spoken with the company once daily for the last week guaranteed it would ship but it has not and no shipping info has been provided.

    I ordered for the first time from this company in December. They sent me a message telling me the order would be delivered on December 24. When I went down to the package room in my condo building on December 24 I opened the package and the ice was melted and the meals warm. An office worker said it had been sitting there for two days. There was no notice sent of the actual delivery date. I called the number listed on their website and the person told me to text him the information including order number which I did. He said he would take care of it right away. It is now January 25 and I have no refund despite sending numerous text messages and phone calls.

    My Spartan meal order arrived July 9, 2022. I ordered the 21 meals + protein snacks but never got a protein snack. I have emailed Spartan meals twice, reached out to them twice via the website chat, and even reached out on ******** and Instagram. The website promotes 24/7 customer service but there isnt any customer service. None of my messages have been addressed. Not to mention, the meals are horrible. The most recent one I ate was a breakfast sandwich and it tasted like dish soap. I had to throw it out, it was not edible. The horrible taste still lingers. Also, some of my meals were missing ingredients. For example, my fajita bowl was missing beans and corn. Im very dissatisfied with my order and lack of customer service.

    I placed an order from this Company. Their website was having problems so I called the person who was contacting me (same as the number listed here ************). He said he placed my order for me and asked me to send him money through venmo. I sent him $168 for my order on venmo on March 25. My order was not received and I was not refunded.Coincidentally, after I sent my money, my phone calls were never answered.
