******** finished demolition of a partially demolished playset (swingset, slide, fort), and removed all of the parts, including 15 8-foot railroad ties that bordered the play area. ******** showed up as promised, was cordial and pleasant to communicate with, and worked professionally and efficiently for a reasonable price. He noticed that several of the railroad ties were in great condition and asked if I would like to keep some to replace some rotting or missing ones at the side of my asphalt driveway. I said yes, and he left me 3 good railroad ties along the driveway. That was a nice "above and beyond" gesture. Although it was a long day for ********, he was kind enough to consult with me about building a screened porch off the house sometime in the near future. He seems very knowledgeable about what such a project would entail, explained pros and cons of different design features and materials, and offered to email me some concepts to consider when designing the porch. I highly recommend ******** for any contracting needs.

# Contractors review Logos ************** delivered more value than expected within my budget. His team deliver timely completion and superb workmanship. Extremely accurate communication between myself and my insurance company. During a recent pipe burst, my bathroom, utility room and laundry room were extremely damaged. I needed a contractor that could work effectively in all these rooms and bring the area back to life. After repairs and cleanup his team started. After making sure that all the repairs and cleanup were done, his reconstruction estimate was submitted without delays to my insurance company. He provided copies of everything he submitted for my review and records. My insurance company issued a payment minus my deductible to me and his team went to work the following week without delay. Everything was done within his estimate submitted to my insurance company. He collected 50% upfront for materials purchases and the balance after completion satisfaction. All the sheet rock walls were replaced and painted, satin (water repellent) painting doubled coated left each room looking new. All new flooring were installed with quality materials and with a matching beautiful look. All the bathroom fixtures were replaced including vanity and wall mirror. Exquisite work. A total remodeling with great care, detailed workmanship and professionalism. His team were able to leave these room better than when the house was new. His work areas were all clean and trash disposed and removed daily. Totally excited with the new areas. Many extra things were done to insure the work on each room were to the highest standard all within his estimate. The extra things that were done were to provide the highest quality work all at no additional cost. For example. he replace the inner flushing internals of the toilet at his own cost. Great value for your hard earned dollars. Timely, and superb workmanship!

Due to damage resulting from a burst water pipe we had significant damage to out kitchen and two bathrooms. We were fortunate to get hooked up with Logos Contracting, Right from the start the owner took all my worries away. He felt with the insurance company. Each day, he walked us through the entire process and assured us that things would be put back together, better than ever. His entire team was professional, knowledgeable and knew exactly what they were doing. They also straighten out something at no cost that were not part of the contract, but were due to my own feeble attempt to fix things. I had Logos Contracting come to my residence over the winter to do water damage restoration on the first floor of my house (due to a pipe bursting). I was seriously in distress as anyone would be , but the owner ******** was extremely kind. He dealt with the insurance adjuster for me and got the appropriate amount of money to fix the damages at my residence. I was so grateful and very impressed by the quality of work they completed . Where do I start, **** and his crew gave me the time attention to detail and dedication I needed to work through the difficult process of remodeling our home. Any questions I had he answered without hesitation he worked around our schedule and availability including us in every decision. He Provided us with a transparent estimate showing materials labor etc. so we knew what we were paying for. I changed my mind on certain things which made things more difficult and without any problems they made it all happen. I know Im not the easiest client to work with but I was very happy with how my kitchen and interior painting turned out. I would recommend them to any one in the area. A great group of young men to work with good character morals and hard working.
