We purchased a new home in July of 2023 that included a Blanco composite sink. It has cracked and is leaking and Blanco is refusing to replace it even though it says it has a lifetime warranty. This sink should never be installed in a kitchen if it is this fragile. I guess we are only supposed to look at it and not use it. This product should be removed from the market and the manufacturer should be fined for selling this inferior product to consumers.

This case was initially declined due to an assessment error at our end. The case has been reprocessed and and a new sink was shipped to our customer under warranty. The estimated delivery date is May 23, 2024.

We believe this case can be closed to our customer's satisfaction.

I am installing a kitchen I'm 88 years old the fabricator for the kitchen countertops recommended buying a Blanco sink I paid him directly his name his company name is projectta stones his name is ***** approximately $500 and another $100 for two phalanges what goes inside the sink. The phalanges according to the plumber upon installation leave a little lip which does not allow the water to drain down and the water pools at the bottom I told the plumber this is unacceptable he said it's the part I called the company they didn't pick up three times I called another department she said she's heard of this happening and they usually send out a little piece to fix it but we have a white sink and I don't know if they don't have that piece for the white sinks but they have it possibly for the stainless steel however I received an email this weekend that said we don't have any pieces to make it fit I said well who's going to take out the sink well we don't pay for installation I said well your parts are defective they are supposed to match and they don't match they leave water at the bottom the company wants to wash their hands clean and not do anything about the fact that I have a sink that's inoperable I was hit by hurricane *** and I'm in a FEMA apartment and the time is coming up where I need to get back in the house. My daughter ******* is typing this you can speak to her at ************ I can't forward you a picture of the water pooling in the sink.I did not pay Blanco directly because they're they sell to distributors is Zaso stones in *************** is where projetta stones bought it I have their phone numbers if you want but everybody's pointing the finger at someone else.

BLANCO's limited lifetime warranty does not cover labor costs to remove the old product and reinstall the new one. However, we understand the customer's point of view and are currently working with them to resolve their case to their satisfaction.

I bought Blanco kitchen sink a few years back, and recently the sink cracked just by pouring hot water into it on a cold morning. Based upon the term, Blanco provides lifetime warranty for my sink, but I called them 3 times and has been communicating with them back and force on email multiple times on the claim, and they refused to provide the warranty. **************** assured me it's lifetime warranty (well documented on the website as well), and my case will be covered, but they never able to move forward after the customer service call. **************** experience has been really bad, constantly dis-connect my calls.

This case was processed incorrectly due to a misunderstanding.
We contacted the customer and advised that we are correcting this. A new sink was delivered to their address on February 13th.

    Dear *******************:
We apologize for the inconvenience and wish that you will enjoy using your new BLANCO sink many more years.

Very disappointed, thinking that a high end company who charges $500-1000 for a kitchen faucet would at least be good quality and or have a good customer service. I was wrong to assume that! I have had my Faucet repaired 5 times already and each one of those times has not fixed my problem. Then I have a lead time of 4 weeks to get the part because they are in ****** even tho they have a facility in the states which doesnt make any sense! Also I have talked to 3 people over there and each time they always give me the same run around they want you to suffer and fill out the paperwork every time even tho they have all my emails for the past 4 / 5 years. Then they want you to install the part and call them back to let them know if it works but the problem with that is they are only open from 8-4pm eastern time and it usually takes 30 mins just to get on the phone with them and another 20 mins to explain why youre calling. Nothing is fluid and the people who work there clearly dont know the products, its a shame tbh I genuinely like the brand and the product but keep having the same issues with my product and no one wants to take responsibility to fix it. Also wanted to add that never in my life have I ever had a kitchen faucet shoot water from the seams and never had a faucet break so many times within a short period of time. I have had other brands Last me ****************************************************************** a part. Clearly now I see Im not the only one having problems as Im reading below.Looks like Ill be taking my business elsewhere!

In August and September of 2021 I made two separate calls to Blanco, (the second to confirm the information I received on the first call), asking whether the outer part of the spray nozzle of the Empressa, high arc kitchen faucet was metal, (like the body of the faucet), or plastic. Both times I was informed that it is metal.I purchased it from the online retailer ************ for $332.37, in mid September of 2021.I received it in mid October 2021, and it was installed in mid December 2021. After a couple of weeks of use, I became suspicious that the nozzle might not be metal. I tapped the nozzle, then the body of the faucet and discovered that they sounded different. I took a close look at the nozzle and discovered to my great dismay that it is plastic!I then went online to find reviews of the faucet in order to confirm my discovery. On Amazon the answers to the question about the material of the nozzle confirmed that it is plastic.I was livid that the product had been misrepresented.!On January 19, 2022, I called ******** which is one of the premier retailers of Blanco. The gentleman to whom I spoke mentioned that he had worked for ******** for many years & knew the Blanco line well. I asked him about the Empressa nozzle, and he confidently answered that it is metal! When I informed him that it is plastic, he was very surprised. On January 31, 2022 an agent at Blanco America signed for a registered letter I'd sent to the president of Blanco America, ***************************. In the letter I explained the situation and requested a refund. I also offered to send the faucet back to them.Since then I have not heard from him/them.
