  Nov 2023 I had dental work done, at the time of scheduling the work I told them I needed full price since my insurance only covers preventive care. I was given an amount which I paid. In Jan 2024 I presented to the office for a cleaning and was told i owed 352.00 for the treatment i had rec'd in Nov. I asked what the money was for and was told my insurance did not cover the separation of the bridge. I became extremely upset and told them You knew this from the beginning how you can now asked me for more money. The women who does the insurance and estimates came out and said the doctor told her to write the amount off and I owed nothing else except 31.00 for a visit not covered by insurance I paid this amount and told them i would not be back. In oct 2024 I rec'd a text message that I owed 455.00, I tried to call billing you cannot get through and finally called and spoke with the office manager explained the above and she said she would call me back the next day. Of course I never rec'd a call. on 11/18/24 I rec'd a new text message that I now owed 103.00 with no explanation of what this amount is for. When I left the office in Jan 2024 I was told I had a Zero balance. I left the practice because every time you went there it was oh by the way you still owe money. I want this matter resolved and I want no further contact from eastern dental
