    I am writing to formally dispute an incorrect debt that has been reported on my credit report by EMESS Management. The report states that I owe a balance of $1,012 and that this case was opened on April 12, 2019. However, I never lived at any property managed by EMESS Management in 2019. The information provided by EMESS Management is inaccurate and has negatively impacted my credit score and caused undue stress. I request the BBB’s assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Specifically, I am seeking the following actions: 1. Investigation: A thorough investigation into the accuracy of the reported debt by EMESS Management. 2. Correction/Removal: Immediate correction or removal of the inaccurate debt from my credit report. 3. Documentation: Proof and documentation from EMESS Management supporting their claim of the alleged debt, including any lease agreements or other evidence indicating that I resided at one of their properties in 2019. I believe this matter requires urgent attention to prevent further damage to my credit and to rectify the incorrect information being reported. I appreciate your prompt assistance in facilitating a fair and just resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    We have been living in one of Emess Management's Properties for almost 4 years now. The rent has increased once a year every year since we moved in. No access to any amenities that they display on their website. Cannot enter the gym or community room. On top of this, the pool has only been open once in 4 years, and the one time it did open it opened near August, giving families no time to enjoy what they pay for. I was recently told by maintenance that this year there would be no pool access because they don't want to pay the proper companies to clean, etc. We use to be able to go to the rental office with no issues, to either pay rent or inquire certain information. The last time I went to the office my kids and I stood outside the office knocking for 5/10 minutes.She finally opened the door slightly, peeking out, and stated "she was concerned for her safety."Rent here is ******* plus. I pay almost ******* a month and apparently it goes towards nothing we should have access to. Rent needs to be lower or they need to stand on what they advertise when people decide to move or relocate here.
