I hired Robert Garron of CGR Design Build to finish my basement. He had represented himself as part of a company whom he was having difficulty dealing with but was separating from but was completing the work he was involved in by the weekend and would then start the project. Lies ******** He had painters come to begin work and then started framing the basement. Every time he said he was going to do something there was some kind of issue, people not showing up, etc. Lie #3. He continued to ask for more money in the payments and we got well ahead of the work he had completed so we are out between $14,000 and $18,000 before he simply stopped coming to the house, answering calls or texts. The subs he had do work have not been paid for the work delivered so he not only owes me significant money but owes the trade subs who performed work and have never been paid. Buyer beware of many lies that compound on one another. BTW - he doesn't live at or own the house he states is his place of business. All things you learn when it is too late.

Robert Garron and CGR Design Build LLC was hired to complete an addition and renovate a bathroom. Was given deposits to complete a land survey and architectural drawings along with a downpayment. Was also given downpayment on bathroom renovation. He owes us $9972.01 after he ghosted us. He spent about 2 hours over 2 weeks gutting our bathroom before ruining our ceiling from below the bathroom. He never came back. DO NOT USE AND DO NOT GIVE MONEY!!
