Our room was not cleaned at all. For the entire 2 days, the room smelled like a homeless person had been staying there. We found ***** of hair in the bathroom, trash under the beds, crumbs in the sofa... By our second morning, a puddle of water had pooled under the stove. I called the front desk about the counters being sticky and having ants. The woman at the front desk was not very friendly. She asked me "what do you want me to do?" about the ants. I was given a bottle of room refresher to kill them, which didn't not work. By morning, the ants were not only in the kitchen, but I awoke to my 5 year old screaming. The ants were in the bed and his laptop was completely infested. I have video and photos of ants crawling in and out of his laptop. As much as we banged and banged on the thing, we could not get them all out. The laptop ended up being a loss, we bought it home and ants were coming out of it for 2 days. My son was terrified of the thing and we had to get it out of the house. This was the most traumatizing hotel stay ever and I'm very upset my kids had to experience that. Those conditions were unacceptable and left us in a bad position, as we were not able to find last minute lodging elsewhere to accommodate us.
