This company sent me a letter in the mail so I called them to see what they needed or if they wanted me to make payments. The person on the phone told me I can pay $50 a month for 6 months and then my plan will be reevaluated. She then told me that its my responsibility to call and make my payments or they will sue me . When she asked if I had any questions I asked her to repeat the part about sueing me and she laughed like it was a joke . I asked her when the court got involved and she would not answer and just kept repeating that she received a paper on her desk about me. I will not be paying these people because they are not even an accredited law firm and probably a scam.Review from Leilani Y

I sent the entire amount due on my account on *********. I have had to continuously contact their office to get the documents to stop the garnishment on my wages sent to my employer. I requested to speak to a supervisor to have an email directly sent to my payroll department and the agent said she spoke to her supervisor and they would directly send the email immediately to me and my payroll department. They never sent the email and when I called back the next .or *** they said, they aren't able to send emails right away and agents do not have access to outbound emails. They have yet to send an documents to stop my garnishment even though it's been paid off since since Nov. 1, 2024. They had agents lie to me at the end of business days to do that I couldnt call back until the next day. This company should either **** their management or not be allowed to handle accounts for garnishments.Review from Somandra P

S. A ****** I received a judgement on a ***** account I had back in 2012. I never heard of this company and now they are coming after me. I never received notice from the courts and i received a judgement in the mail today. it stated that i owed $496.00 with interest of $258.33 it was mailed on 4/26/2024. i called and spoke with a lady at ext 4155 she stated i now owe ****** it shot up that much in 4 days. Since ***** filed bankruptcy do i still owe this balance and it be over 15 years ago. If a company has filed for bankruptcy, debt collectors are generally not allowed to continue collection activities for debts that were discharged in the bankruptcy. This company took over a debt I owed to *********** and filed a civil case against me. Once I was notified of the civil case I immediately began to pay this company biweekly for ten months never missing a payment and then paid off the remainder of my debt. This company continued to aggressively seek a judgement against me in court despite me making on time payments and refused to provide documentation to the court showing that I satisfied the debt until after a judgement was made. I called asking them to show the courts proof that the debt had been paid before a judgement was made and they blatantly told me no and said there was nothing further to discuss and hung up on me. I suggest not making any payment arrangements with this company.
