    Ive had very horrible experience with PHH. Not only after January my payments increase but I had pay down the negative escrow to avoid the next increased payment Feb. I was given an incorrect amount only to have my decreased payment go into effect March, which defeated the purpose of requesting an escrow analysis!After calling initially to see if my analysis was completed Jan 13, the loan specialist said that it was done 1-2 days before but I told him I never got a notification via the app/email. He noted the error and told me the amount I needed to pay. Fast forward not only did I not get any sort of accountability of the mistake but then ****************** sends me the additional amount to pay the negative escrow so I didn't have to pay the upcoming month increased payment. Question is why didn't you include that amount with the first amount I paid when I requested WHAT WAS THE NEGATIVE ESCROW AMOUNT?? But all I get is incompetent **** that barely speak English and script me throughout the call, not listening. No sense of professionalism except for one rep (075). Hope my mortgage gets transferred to a different servicer. Just as horrible as ***** Fargo!

    Even though this company (***) does not benefit from its magnanimous actions, it has consistently been lenient and understanding, during times when I have been late on payments, due to either illness (when I was furloughed during the Covid pandemic), and most recent, when I am struggling to meet my financial responsibilities, secondary to being without a paycheck for a month, while having to change jobs.

    Worst company ever!!!! I've tried to get a modification of some sort to save my home since last year. They gave me a ridiculous repayment t plan and never sent me the agreement to sign or to read. So know I'm at fault for that. I emailed the escalated cases email to appeal and crickets. I reapplied for loss mitigation 2 weeks ago before there was a sale date now there's a sale date. They won't help me They won't give me options to save my home. They send me to programs that have no funding and haven't for a ling time. I have saved all the emails to them and the ones I never got answered. With my appeal and the appraisal I paid for. Theybare appraising my home 3 times what's it actually worth and also I've carried this mortgage since 1997 so of course the amount owed isn't as much as the house is worth They are heartless horrible people.

    She was very knowledgeable and came into my computer!!! Nothing like understanding by coming into my computer. Resolved in 12 minutes. WOW!!! Problem was...I have an older computer which no longer updates. Locked out and needed another password, user name. Well, by the time I received the " here is your PIN ( sent by email ), IT EXPIRED. Even tho PPH had my cell number, the system will auto lock you out for the tiniest reason, which required a verification email. I had been paying by phone for months, and even called 4 months earlier about this issue, but they could not help or didn't understand. THIS WONDERFUL PERSON UNDERSTOOD RIGHT AWAY, CAME INTO MY SYSTEM, AND ......THANK YOU SO MUCH. Paying by phone takes 20 minutes if you have several accounts. Have to call in separate for each account. Phone system will not allow you to pay more then one account at a time. It only took her 6 minutes after she got into my OLDER COMPUTER. Thank You so much.
