    My family's last six cars are all ***** A deceased member of the family is retired from **** and our cars have been bought on the family plan. However, my experience over the last 4 months have made me never want to buy **** again. About 4 months ago I had a water leak in two different parts of the car (Front passenger side seatbelt & back passenger side vent) I brought it in and it was there for almost a week and was not fixed. I brought the car home with no solution and it leaked again with in days. The car went back in, this time for 10 days with no communication from ****. Finally, I called and they told me that it was still not fixed, but if it happened again to bring it back that day. I called when they opened, told me that I could not bring it for another 2 weeks. I brought it in, this time it was there for 5 weeks with no communication unless I called for an update. When I got my car back, still not fixed there was more wrong with the car. My seatbelt was off the track and the power to the sunroof was cut. I brought it back to get fixed, and when I picked up, the battery was dead. I needed a new battery. Car still not fixed. I called corporate **** and got no resolution. The car leaked again, in 2 new places (light in front center on roof and light in back passenger side). I was told they call at end of the week to bring the car in. I called, they told me beginning of next week,& now its the end of the week & still no call of when I can bring it in. Today I spoke with corporate and they told me there is a recall that *** be part of the issue. No one told me that in the last 4 months. I have spent almost $800 on repairs and there has been no solution.Also, I filed a report for the lemon law which I was told is ****** mi, when the issue began I had ****** mi and when I filed the report I had ****** mi.

    hello, the customer came to my office and we have come to an ageement   i will give his money back  ****** and i gave him a loaner car and iam going to try to repair his water leak
