my cabinets were purchased from fabuwood. What a mess. Id be happy to permit the public to come into my kitchen and see the disastrous cabinets Im dealing with. The replacements sent were either wrong or worse than what I started with. Also the **** who came and refused to open the replacements sent cartons, who said he would return after I paid a ********* to install the replacements, has stated he wont come back and Im stuck with what I have!! Everyone who is a profession ********* and decorator who has seen these cabinets have said they are the worse they have ever seen!!!Fabuwood Cabinetry Corp Response

Good morning,Thank you for sharing your feedback. We want to assure you that we stand by our commitment to our warranty. Every item covered under the warranty has been replaced per our rigorous quality standards. Please note that hairline cracks, while unfortunate, are typically not included in warranty coverage and can occur in painted cabinets throughout the industry. We have gone above and beyond by replacing multiple items as a goodwill gesture, reflecting our strong commitment to your satisfaction. That said, continuously replacing items that are still in good condition and meet our high-quality benchmarks isn't a sustainable solution. While we regret that youre not fully satisfied with the cabinets, we are more than willing to assist you with any issues that fall within our warranty parameters. We appreciate your ****************** regards, Fabuwood Cabinetry Corp.Review from Larry S

This company is horrible. Its been over a year and my kitchen still isnt complete because they sent me multiple heavily dented and cracked cabinets. It takes them MONTHS to send replacements and when those arrive damaged its an absolute nightmare. I cant recommend any company less than them. I have photos and conversations to show how terrible this company is and the worst part is they wont just refund my money for the final two cabinets. Im now waiting over 10 months for two cabinets. I have no idea what to do.Fabuwood Cabinetry Corp Response

Our contractor recommended these cabinets to us during our home remodel. After seeing a sample door and viewing the cabinets in another home we went with Fabuwood. Our cabinets were delivered towards the end of October 2023 (longer than the two-week timeline stated on their website). By January 2024, we started noticing paint cracking with our white painted cabinets. All white cabinet doors have some form cracking that is causing the paint to lift and peel off the cabinets. Our contractor has reached out to the manufacturer for assistance, and their response is this is hairline joint cracks. I do not recommend buying painted cabinets from Fabuwood. They will not last longer than three months, at the most. Believe all previous negative reviews about painted cabinets on other platforms.Fabuwood Cabinetry Corp Response

Good afternoon,After checking our records we are looking into this and our *************************** is processing the request that was submitted by your dealer. Please give us ***** hours to reply. Please be advised, plywood is a non-porous, smooth grained wood. Additionally, wood by nature undergoes periods of expansion and contraction while it adjusts to atmospheric conditions. As such, finish stress lines may become visible on painted cabinets especially at the joints. Any such occurrence is not considered a defect. These variations are considered to be the nature of the material in relation to their environmental exposure and are not covered under this lifetime limited warranty. Please be advised, due to the nature of painted wood products; solid wood can expand and contract due to changes in temperature causing joint hairline cracks in the paint. This is in no way considered a defect. However, if you believe this is more than a joint hairline crack, we recommend placing a warranty claim. Please note that as a wholesale company all warranty claims are to be processed with your dealer of purchase. They will be in contact with you regarding the status of any replacements. We, Fabuwood, stand by our product and will work with the dealer to rectify any/all manufacturing issues. We will work diligently with them to ensure your concerns are addressed.Best Regards,Fabuwood Cabinetry CorpFabuwood Cabinetry Corp Response

Service: Cabinet installation We just had a company in Southwest ******* install these fabuwood cabinets in our kitchen And this morning the kitchen sink ran over down onto the floor and hit the surface of some of these cabinets right below my sink and to the left of my sink and these cabinets have splintered and bubbled and shredded like particle board. The kitchen company that did the complete installation of Fabuwood cabinet got hit by Hurricane *** here in SW ** and has been wiped out, so I'm having to deal directly with fabuwood and I hope they make it right because this should never ever have happened that water hits the surface of these cabinet doors for only 15 minutes and they shredded and bubbled like this. This is unacceptable. I did not pay $32,000 for a kitchen renovation and have these cabinets put in that are supposed to be solid wood and they bubble and shred because water spilled on them from the sink.I'm waiting for ******** at Fabuwood to get back to me after he speaks to management at Fabuwood
