Parked there 10/28 through 11/5. They ripped off two 63 year olds, one of which is blind. Made us pay $27 in cash because it was a small suv and then when we returned from a delayed Jetblue flight made us pay $30 more in cash before we could get our car keys. I understand we were late, but why not charge us for another whole other day of $9.99. Nope $30 bucks cash. No receipts provided for cash shake down ????????????????????????????????

I parked my vehicle in The Parking Point *** parking lot on June 18th, parking number is 5100.I took a video of the vehicle to document the status of the vehicle when I left it behind, I'm providing a screenshot of the video here as well as information on when the video was taken. I picked up my car at around 8:30am on 6/26. I found the rear bumper had a area of scratch, I reported it to parking lots' staff on the spot and called the police, the police*************) came and use their video to record, but they didn't give me a record number, because they think it's a too small scratch. Then the staff let me wait for the manager to contact me. In the days following this, I contacted the parking lot several times and did not get through to the manager, nor did I receive any calls from them, emails.Until today, I didn't get the callback/insurance information from the company. What I want: Provide the insurance information to me. refund the parking fee

I parked here near ************** on June 8, 2023 (reservation # *******,stub #****), and returned on June 19th, to find a cracked windshield. No one knew what to do, they wouldn't let me speak to the owner, they would not take a claim from me and there is no contact information on their website. Here are some of the excuses I heard:Call back tonight The owner is sleeping You can't talk to the owner The owner is out of the country for tree weeks I called over and over and all you get is the parking lot attendant who knows nothing and does not help. There are no supervisors. They even took photos of the car when I dropped it off, and somehow they have disappeared.
