Moving to a new home is supposed to be an exciting and enjoyable experience and hands down this has made our experience harder, unnecessarily expensive and emotionally draining. Bottom line they have breeched our contract, our money and our peace of mind. I intend on posting an update on how this is going or how it ends up.Review from Atif D

Hiring this moving company has been our worst experience with our move. As I type these words my family still doesnt have all of our things (or a definitive arrival date). We were manipulated to pay the balance (in good faith), under the assumption that all of our things were being delivered, only to receive a fraction of our belongings (damaged) delivered to us and the rest still in Jersey. Our 2 children started school and we were forced to re purchase things we already ordered for them so they could be prepared for school. Even after all of this my wife was immensely patient and understanding. But after customer service continued to not update us when they said they would, kept avoiding accountability when she did speak with them and then started avoiding her calls ******* I had to step in. I am really surprised that there are no negative reviews for this company. Please be careful when choosing VIP moving and storage to move your furniture. They were very professional and organized during the packing and even had a ******* oversee the move. However, during the unpacking and assembly of the furniture the company really disappointed. There were only two movers during the unpacking who eventually tired out and started ******* and complaining about the work. They were not skilled to reassemble the furniture and because of that improperly assembled and broke two of our beds, never connected our dryer because of the missing exhaust duct, never reassembled our fans, and there were additional missing pieces from our exercise machine etc. When I called to inform the company, ***** and **** initially made excuses however later ignored my calls and emails. I paid thousands of dollars for this move only to have my furniture ruined. I was really suspicious when they asked me to pay cash upfront during the unpacking. Now I know why! This must of happened in the past. I think they just take your money and assign or sub others to your move. Please beware!
