    I PURCHASED A 2022 PORSCHE 718 BOXTER ON MAY 6TH, 2023. I PAID IN FULL $79500.00 WITH CERTIFIED FUNDS. ***************************** THE OFFICER OF THE COMPANY, ****************** **** HAS NOT RETURNED MY CALLS OVER 20 CALLS TO DEALERSHIPWENT UNANSWERED. AND EITHER HAS ******* THE SALES PERSON IN THE SHOW ROOM. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TITLE, REGISTRATION OR PLATES AS PROMISED. THE TEMP TAGS ARE NOW EXPIRED AND I CAN'T DRIVE THE **** THIS BUSINESS HAS EXTREMELY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES EVIDENTLY THERE ARE THER PARTIES SUING IGGY AND LEGACY AUTOMOTIVE SALES LLC. I NEED MY TITLE, REG., AND PLATES IMMEDIATELY.

    Hi I purchased a 2022 Porsche 718 boxter in full $79,00.00 certified check on 5-6-23. They haven't sent me the title and plates which were also paid for in the deal. The owner manager, ***************************** , has not returned any recent calls with any updates whatsoever. They are being sued by a few parties I just found out. Possible fraudulent activities as per internet comments and details I heard thru the dealership employees etc. My temporary plates have expired and now I can't drive the car. I need the title and registration and plates immediately. Very poor business practices

    On 11/7/2022, I purchased an Audi Q5 from Legacy Automotive. Once purchased it took them over a month to give me my car. I officially received my car on 12/15/2022. The temporary ** plate that they gave me expired on 1/13/2023. I live in ** and one day after my temporary ** plate expired, I picked up a traffic ticket that I will need to go to court for on 4/06/2023. It is now 3/13/2023 and I still have not received my title, registration, and car plates. When I originally called ** DMV back in January after I picked up this ticket, they let me know that my cars VIN number/title was attached to another dealership (****************), therefore I do not think that the title was in the name of Legacy Automotive at the time they sold me the vehicle. I have hired a lawyer and have tried to speak with the ********** ****************************** many times, every time I did, he told me the title, plates, and registration are on the way, but he could not give me any proof. This was seldom though and most of the time he dodged both my phone calls and my lawyer's phone calls and emails. On 3/13/2023 I emailed DMV and now have had an open DMV investigation since 3/13/2023 with no resolution. ******* got me a second set of temp plates, but those expired on 4/18/23 and now I do not have a way to get around. He venmoed me $100 for transportation, but that is not going to be sufficient. I am asking for help to get my car plates, title, and registration in a timely manner or a refund. I do not know what my next steps should be, and I appreciate any guidance your office can assist me with. **none of my attachments are working (error code), if needed I can email them.     I went in to shop for a car, after comparing and doing the usual, I gave them a $1500 down payment. This was on December 31st. 2022. We had a car in mind, so we weren't going to close that day, yet I wanted to show good faith and was ok with the $1500 down. Then they bring me a paper stating that the money was non-refundable, I didn't like that tactic. I told them that I felt cornered, I just didn't feel it was right. I questioned why the non-refundable matter. They stated that sometimes they will hold a car for a customer for days and then the customer backs out, so they would've lost a sale for holding it. I felt that the buyer has the right to change their mind. Anyway, since that day I've been waiting for a refund. I said I didn't want the car. I requested a refund. Since it was a Saturday, they stated that I would have to wait until the day after the next business day to see the money back in my account. We'll, almost 2 weeks later and after going again for them to swipe my card to initiate the charge reversal (Something that wasn't done the 1st time), after speaking multiple times with them about my money, they have yet to refund my $1560. ( $1500 down plus 4% fee = $60, therefore $1560 charged.They have multiple times said sorry for the delay, yet still no refund.I will now have to get my bank involved and just tarnish this dealership reputation as shady. Very close to criminal.

    The customer has received his refund in the amount of ****. He has processed his transaction with a debit card which on their side could take 7 business days to appear back to account.  However it has been refunded to his card and we can provide documentation to show
