            When the subcontractor came to our house to see what we needed, I very clearly explained that Im not a fence expert but we need a fence that would be able to keep our dog in the yard and that was the only reason we were getting a fence. The fence was installed and there are areas where the dog can escape, which renders the fence useless. It was explained to us that the permanent solution would be to add a bottom rail. They want to charge us an additional $700 to uninstall the fence, put in the bottom rail and then reinstall the fence. The $700 includes materials and labor. I should not have to pay for the labor costs to make this correction since I was clear about what I needed. When I was given the contract he said that that what he put there would meet my needs.I was given a contract to sign under false pretenses and am now being asked to pay additional labor charges to fix a mistake that was made on their part. I am willing to pay the additional $200-$300 for the materials but not the labor.

            This company should not be in business. They installed the wrong color handles last year. I have asked for them to replace it since then. Every time I call they tell me it has been ordered (for months now). Then when they tell me they will show up, they dont show up. Then when they show up to replace the handle, they just spray paint the old one and pretend its new. The minute it was touched the pain rubbed off. Then they came back again to change it and brought the wrong handle. I am still waiting for the correct handle as one of them is not what I ordered and the other is still the wrong color. The girl in the office answering the phones is clueless and lies over and over about the owners whereabouts. When you ask for the owner, ****** and ****, they will never call you back. I have texted both of them for over a month with no response. When ****** did call me back one time, he told me you are selfish for wanting this done as there are other customers waiting. They treat women as if they are stupid. The quality is horrible as they left missing parts and scratches on the original install. Gave me a paint can and told me I could touch them up myself! Dont ever use them!
