  ON 3/6/24 AT 2:40PM, I SPOKE WITH A LATINA WOMEN OVER THE PHONE THAT REFUSED TO GIVE HER NAME ABOUT SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT ABOUT DENTAL CARE FOR PAIN. I DESCRIBED TO HER THAT I WAS RECENTLY THERE FOR A SPECIFIC PROBLEM BUT ANOTHER PROBLEM HAD ARISED AND I WAS IN TERRIBLE PAIN. THE YOUNG LADY READ THE DENTAL TREATMENT FROM MY LAST VISIT AND STATED THEY REFUSED TO TREAT ME UNLESS I GO THROUGH THE TREATMENT PLAN THAT WAS WRITTEN IN MY CHARTS. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO HER THAT THE DENTIST HAD REFERRED ME TO ANOTHER DENTIST FOR A 2ND OPINION FOR ALTERNATIVE TREATMENT AND REPORT BACK TO HIM. BUT SHE CONTINUED TO TALK OVER ME STATING THEY WILL NOT SEE ME!! NOW I WAS VERY POLITE AND EVEN LET HER TALK AS SHE CONTINUED TO TALK OVER ME. AS I WAS TRYING TO ASK HER QUESTIONS TO GET A BETTER UNDERSTANDING, THE YOUNG LADY RUDELY SPOKE TO ME AND HUNG UP. THIS IS CONSIDERED BY NJ LAW 2.F. Patient Abandonment. Once a dentist has undertaken a course of treatment, the dentist should not discontinue that treatment without giving the patient adequate notice. THERE IS NO REASON I CAN NOT BE SEEN FOR OTHER DENTAL PROBLEMS OR THE ORGINAL ISSUE AT HAND. THEY CAN NOT REFUSE A PATIENT WITHOUT CAUSE!!! And if I could go somewhere else I would but unfortunately, they are the closest to me that take my insurance. IF YOU LOOK AT THE REVIEWS FOR THIS PLACE, IT SEEMS LIKE AN ONGOING SITUATION WITH THIS OFFICE ON HOW THEY TREAT PATIENTS! ITS DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL. PLEASE HELP!!   I made an appointment for my son to see an endodontist over two months ago at Parsippany Family dental he has been in pain for over two months he needs a root canal from a specialist because he has a major infection I showed up to take him to his appointment this morning at 10 oclock and they said they no longer have an endodontist and cannot see him to do the root canal they never once called me to let me know they did not cancel his appointment I had to miss work he had to miss ****** and state testing to go to his appointment today every other endodontist I called had a multiple month waiting list till July this one had a two month waiting list so we waited two months with my son doing multiple rounds of antibiotics because he has such a severe infection and they didnt have the decency to call me to let me know that the endodontist quit thats a lie because its still on their website at the endodontist being there they should have called me when the endodontist quit but they didnt and now I have to try to figure out what Im going to do with my son who is in excruciating pain who really needed to be treated today and now has Mr. *** ****** he missed his state testing that he has the make up and these people dont care this is not my first problem Ive had with them Ive had many problems with them in the past along with Little Falls family dental they are owned by the same people they are very inconsiderate they are rude they do not care about their patience and something needs to be done they should no longer be in business
