The nail-tech, who did my nails that night, told me the picture of the nails I wanted is $170. I graciously gave a $10 tip after it was done making the total given $180. Then, my friend; who came with me that night, said he witnessed a lady who wasn’t in-charge nor the one who was doing my nails, whisper to my nail-tech (in a language we cannot understand), and then looked at me and said “you forgot $20 more dear”. Keep in mind, I’m aware of how tired I was, so I counted my money three times before giving it away, it was the price told before the process began; $170. I was taken advantage of for my kindness. I was tired from a long day doing register. And my register is never short of money, I worked cashier for over a year in experience. Anyways, I left happily because the nails were done beautifully, but the quality was horrendous. They began to fall off not a week later. And I make $75 dollar nails last 3 months, especially if I work rough during the day with my hands. But, these nails were low-quality and I returned from Elizabeth NJ, to Perth Amboy, which isn’t a short drive. I was respectful to the first person I saw, and politely asked for the owner. He rudely introduced himself, and was rude overall. He dismissed me when all I wanted was a refund. He told me about a policy which police officers got a confirmation from him saying; there’s no policy hung up. I have video proof of my nails causing damage to my finger tips, and nails. Which, never happened to me before at other nail techs I’d go to. There are more details to be discussed. However, at the end of the day I know I’m allowed to sue according the an officer that day I returned for a refund. Not only was I taken advantage of for being a new customer. I was wasted of my time, money, and energy for people who don’t know how to run their business. There’s more proof on the lack of work ethic with these expensive low-quality nails. A co-worker of mine, did hers the same night, and yet are still intact.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:
The officers emphasized there was no policy hung up the wall, and if they didn’t want me to return them they should’ve done the nails correctly, and not take advantage of the fact I’m a new customer. Although he agreed to fix my broken nails, they were all falling off and that’s a rip-off my money. On top of that, he was rude and not welcoming at all. Did not show no pity to the fact that their poor work caused me harm. I got nails done on New Year’s Eve, somewhere, cheaper, and they are still on my nails, in good condition. Proving how poorly Bella Salon did mine.

The customer keeps saying we did her nails badly.so i follow up with the picture below, I think my worker did a good job. And the customer came back asking for her money back, 12 days after, and bring two of her friends screaming in the store and blackmail us she will complain to this department that department make a big trouble for us. We have no choice need call the police officer. We offer to fix her nail for free even it is not our fault as everybody knows nails need filling up after two weeks. We don’t know what she was doing during these two weeks to break four nails. She keeps saying we were rude, but when she brings two friends screaming in my store to make trouble, I feel the only thing she wants is the money. But we did the job correctly.there is no way we will return the money for something we did right.i never heard somebody have the nails done after two weeks and want the money back. This is a service job, not selling merchandise. we have been doing this business for a long time.if we were not doing the right thing, how our business can last a long time.

    Regards,
    Bella nails

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

Clearly my complaint was read incorrectly & inconsiderately. Plus, my photos as proof were disregarded. I brought my friends along with me to witness the rude service they’ve shown to me. So, when I nicely asked for my money back, I was rudely dismissed by the boss of Bella Salon. I emphasized that although the nails look beautiful, they were done incorrectly. 12 days is not 2 weeks. I did not scream either, so not only was I taken advantage of, scammed, the company wants to lie now? I have nails on my hands done for approximately $65, and they are still on since new years. I know how to care for my nails. A place like that clearly uses cheap products, which hurt my skin via the pictures shown. And they over-charged me for a poor job done. I want my money back, because even when I was willing to get my nails done for free, and noted that all the nails were coming off, the boss wanted to be rude, and dismiss me again. The cops are my witnesses to the fact that there was no policy hanged up, they have a video recording of the boss admitting there’s no policy hanged up. Especially, during the time I came there as a new customer. They are breaking business requirements. Additionally, my friend Bryan was there that night when one of their worker’s whispered in the nail-techs ear, and then asked for more money. A customer who goes there often, Marilyn agrees I’ve been scammed too. So, clearly Bella Salon owes me my money back. If that does not happen, according to the police, I can take this to court, and sue the company for fraud & etc. I have all the proof I need. I’m being patient, and kind enough to receive my $200 back instead of suing. However, if the company wants to continue lying, and dismissing me, my family, friends, strangers, and even one of their customers agree I should sue. So, once again, I want my money returned to me.
