            I recently submitted an application for an apartment to Carlton club a few days ago. Me and my girlfriend are in the process of trying to move out, we were referred here by a friend. Everything seemed to be going well, right up until we submitted our applications. First off, once these people take your money you wont hear from them again They also ran our applications separately when I put on my application that I wanted to have my partner as my co-signer.. they also declined us both for ridiculous reasons (too many phone numbers, not enough available credit) both our credit historys and backgrounds are clean. And our combined income is more than enough to live here. Ive seen crackheads living around there so its kind of insulting that they are giving us such a hard time. Ive been trying to reach the leasing agent who handles our applications, ***************************. Every time I call I get an answer from a receptionists who acts like they know nothing. This lady is always busy, at this point I just want my money back or for them to rerun the application with me AND my partner on there instead of separately. This is the worst experience Ive ever had with trying to apply for a place to live. These people dont give a c*** as long as they keep getting peoples money from these applications. I wouldve gone up there myself but I work a lot so its hard to find a good day. I would greatly appreciate any help that the BBB can provide me in getting an answer from Carlton Club Apartments or a leasing agent
