We are writing about our experience with Rive Video because we were initially apprehensive after seeing the BBB reviews. We are aware that negativity spreads and sells but that not many will ever share the positive. So, we felt compelled to add our experience. In January of 2022, we retained Rive for both their music video distribution and their video promotion services. Our entire team loves working with this company and their team throughout the US. They are all seasoned professionals, and everyone is always upbeat and advocating for us. Their company did everything they said they would do and a whole lot more. After retaining Rive for releases, they pitched for two months for most of our artists videos, and then for one month for a handful of others. They even distributed some of our legacy catalog videos too. We are beyond pleased with the all the services Rive Video performed as well as with the results. Their teams worked hard, and they really came through for our artists and with every video submitted in 2022. Also, something that is very different about Rive that we do not experience with other firms they answered our phone calls and are always super responsive! Everyone on the Rive team was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, and highly responsive to our needs. Their staff even came out to our artists shows to support. And they got people out to do interviews too! Rive is a seasoned blend of distribution, promotion, and PR and their team has acted as a true extension of our staff! We could not be more pleased to work with this company! Hiring Rive Video has been our best decision! Rive Video is beneficial both for our artists and our own staff.
