I have a fax plan with them for over a year with no issues. I send a few large faxes on my unlimited plan and yesterday i get an email reporting that while they dont limit the number of pages sent, that they are changing my unlimited $10/month plan to a $25/month plan and if i dont add a payment method in the next 6 days my account will be cancelled! I looked online and they dont advertise different plan types (individual, business, by volume, etc) and they didnt give me options to choose a plan. But it also doesnt make sense that my plan has to change if i am within the limits of my current plan (unlimited faxing in and out and under the number of users permitted for the account type). I want to keep my plan as is and if they want to offer other plans i want ALL the information available about the different plans with sufficient time to make a decision. I also want the option NOT to change my plan as I am within the use parameters that they market for the plan Ive been on for well over a year! My plan is currently suspended and i have 6 days to pay or it will be cancelled.

The product did not work, and and I reached out to the company (several times) for assistance. There was no reply. I then requested cancellation and refund. The company failed to respond to any communications. I then reported the charge to my credit card company and informed Humble that I did so. For the first time Humble responded with a threatening e-mail regarding a negative impact on my credit score. From my experience, this company is a fly-by-night who seeks to collect money from individuals without providing a functioning product or any customer service. The amount ($10) is irrelevant. What is relevant is what I can only interpret to be a scam. Also, mass fees of $10 adds up quickly ... This company owes an apology, refund of fee, and to be investigated by the BBB, and FTC.

One of our corporate cards was charged by Humblefax on August 20, 2023 for $10, then again on September 20, 2023. I confirmed with the cardholder that he did not sign up for any services from Humblefax. I contacted Humblefax's support via their website in late September 2023 and they responded via email on September 26, 2023 with the following:"To cancel, simply login, head over to the billing section, and remove the payment method by clicking the red button at the top." However, I was unable to login - I tried all possible email addresses for the cardholder, but no account was found, which reinforces our stance that this charge is not valid. I replied to Humblefax that day to let them know that I cannot log in, but received no response. I followed up again on October 2, 2023 and received no response. I have sent another email today, November 27, 2023, and am also filing this complain. We were charged another $10 in October and November.

Date of transaction: April 18th, 2023. Amount paid to business 10.00$ USD. The business committed to unlimited faxes as advertised on their homepage ********************* . The nature of my dispute is that the business suspended my account and canceled the faxes in the process of sending. I had a total of 443 faxes to send and reached out to the company to have my account unsuspended. As a result of my reaching out, the company has: cancelled my account without any refund of my 10.00$ payment for the month of April, 2023, blocked my IP address from further communicating with them, and will not unsuspend my account. My account number is associated with the issued fax number to the account, which is ###-###-####.

On today, February 25, 2022, humble fax immediately ceased all service on our fax number and refused to turn it back on until we selected a new plan under which to use their services. We previously had paid for an unlimited plan. They indicated that we used the fax too much and that we would not be eligible for the unlimited plan anymore. While I find their unlimited labeled plan to be misleading at best, I am most upset about the way that they handle the situation. They canceled our service with no notice, refuse to continue to provide it even after we pointed out that we had paid for the month already, and when I asked for a couple of days to review the options available and discuss it with my partners in order to make a decision about what plan we would want to start, they basically refused to correspond with me. When I asked to speak to someone on the phone, they refused to allow anyone to speak to me on the phone. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they refused to respond.
