    Bought a truck from them October 2024 after signing and did the final walk through I noticed that the fuel door was broken salesman said maybe from detailing and second key is missing. salesman and manager agreed to fix it and told me to bring it back the following week. salesman is kind enough to deliver the truck that afternoon " great service". ! Called to make an appointment for the issue the following week and service told me to bring it Friday afternoon and the chaos is started. I showed up Friday (1st) and told me that come next Friday because your parts did not arrived yet so I'm fine with it.... drove the truck to ************ and noticed that the passenger side engine starts to knock when in operating temperature so I called them right away. Now they said bring it back Friday (2nd) again. Service manager checked the truck and said that its got to be a lifter issue and we will do it in one shot as soon as parts arrived and don't worry your truck is still under warranty because you just purchased it. I got scheduled again following Friday (3rd) so I start to feel skeptical that they sound like playing games already but still I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Here comes Thursday I called to verify my appointment only to find out that I wasn't scheduled??? I was Upset for all the time waisted but upon talking to them they assured me that we are on the process just leave your truck again sometimes next week. Crickets for a few weeks and December 26th they told me drop of your truck and it will be done by January 4th. I showed Saturday January 4th 2025 to pick up the truck after a week of **** and NOTHING IS DONE! yes I was upset at them and as always the will give you promises and still I hear crickets from them...

    Horrible horrible customer service. They sell you a vehicle that have issues that will come to surface within 10 days of purchase. When you try to email/call them they are no where to be.But when you're interested in buying a vehicle they are right by your side 24/7.Very sketchy people, stay away from this dealership and look elsewhere to do your purchasing since these people have they're priorities else where than customer service. I was promised a reimbursement on a bill that i clearly was not at fault for on a vehicle and now instead of taking accountability they are putting the blame on me, They do not want to reimburse me since I "tampered" the vehicle. How ridiculous! This is what you call customer service? Turn around and blame the customers just to save themselves some money.- ENRI PG

    Bought a car from them and they lied about the numbers and all. Fully took advantage that I was with my 3 kids and changed the numbers at the end when they ran my credit 3 times. I would NEVER purchase another vehicle from them again.Edit: when I first went to purchase the car i told them I wanted the brakes checked as they seemed to not be good. When you go to stop your foot basically almost touched the ground. I was told they were fine. Then every couple weeks or so I went back for issues with my tires (I was told I could come back if they became an issue and kept deflating and they would provide new ones). They only provided 2 out of 4 that were causing issues so of course I ended up having to purchase 4 brand new tires. On top of me complaing about my tires I still at each time bringing my car back and fourth would bring up my brakes to where they said nothing was wrong. I tried to trust their judgement but when I brought it to the mechanic down the street from me I was told me both my brakes and rooters need to be changed as they were so bad I'm lucky I didn't hurt my family! I obviously paid for that to be done right then and there to be fixed and called **** I spoke with the new general manager in regards to this issue and he told me he was new and sees that there are massive amounts of problems that the previous general manager didn't care for and he wanted to try to help me out. He asked my thoughts on how this could rectified to which i of course said I want to be paid back for the charges. He said he more than likely can't do that but if I had just brought my car into them they would have done it for free. I told him that's incorrect bc I've brought it to their attention on numerous times since I purchased the car the last week of December and was told nothing was wrong. He told me if I cancel with the other consumer and bring my car to them they would do my brakes and rooter for free. At that point my car was almost done. I can't write everything here.

    This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life, leading me into a frustration and depression. This dealership should be investigated for the way they do business with their customers. I recently financed a car with this dealer, after several attempts by dealer to put extra fees in the contract we reached an agreement on the vehicle price. I refused to pay for their insurance because I thought I was buying a vehicle in good condition and trusting in the good faith of the salesman who told me that the vehicle had been inspected and was in good condition, which is a lie. On the third day of driving the vehicle, the check engine light came on with 2 faulty transmission codes, leaving me broke down in the middle of the street. The next day, after several attempts trying to contact the dealership, I spoke with the finance manager who told me that he offered me their insurance and I refused to buy it. The vehicle still broke down and the dealership has no intention of solve this problem. Please, I need your help.

    Beware! They are fast to make a sale which I had a great experience with also had my son purchase his car through them. I paid my car off early so was told through my Bank that I would receive a gap refund but they dont want to talk to you when they need to give you money back. Its insane I have been dealing with this since July with unanswered emails and phone calls.

    ****** do not deal with her she LIES about everything!!!!!Went to buy truck had an appointment at ***** I called her after texting numerous times and when I called her again she said truck was just sold at 330!Would not provide paperwork or show it was sold it was all lies to get me to come there and purchase another vehicle. Then hung up very unprofessional rude and lied. Very shady place would not even put a supervisor one phone.Hope that place goes under does not care about customers who want to give business.

    Had a problem with both sales and service. Now they are unable to fix a problem with the trailer hitch that came with the car after they worked on it for several hours. Then they claimed it was fixed which it wasn't. I have a whole typewritten page about the problems I had yesterday at the dealership.

    Worst experience ever, this dealership has not been on the same page with information I co signed a car for my fianc. I live in Staten Island and shes in ************* **********. She traded in her old ******** for a new one and they let ** walk out the door with the car only telling me today April 1, 2024 that the deal never went through and she has to return the car for her old one. They had us under the same address which was never the case. She returned her old played to the *** and her new car is currently under my car insurance. This is the most inconvenient situation in car buying I have ever been through.

    The bate and switch is there game and its a bummer that there isn't any integrity with this group of people. This dealer ship unfortunately is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I had inquired about a vehicle and they sent me multiple emails on what the price of the vehicle was offered for. I called to make a deal and was told that the car had to go out for servicing and that it would be available the following Tuesday. I the mean time I got my financing and insurance ready so I could pay cash as this was all explained with the sales rep. I call them when I was supposed to finalize the deal and to confirm that the vehicle was back in there position and they told me that the price of the vehicle was no longer going to be offered and they raised the price by several thousand dollars. After speaking with the manager and being told that it is what it is and they will no longer honor the price that they offered me via email I was shocked. Anyhow i would not waste my time with t these clowns with no integrity.
