    This complaint against KFC is directly due to the mismanaged, poorly run, incompetent service at the KFC restaurant located on 190 **-*** Rockaway, NJ 07866. The manager employed there Joshua is doing KFC a huge disservice by taking on customer orders that he cannot service or fulfill. When notified of this Joshua shows complete disregard. He is rude , unprofessional and careless and shouldn’t be working in customer service let it alone managing a store. A clear example of this when an order was placed on 1/12/25 at KFC.com that was to be fulfilled by this store. Not only was the order not fulfilled nor delivered but money was instantly taken, Joshua tried to evade responsibility and did not provide a satisfactory solution (a refund). The KFC customer service line was nearly just as bad with representatives lying stating “no supervisor is available” when requesting one. Terrible experience overall. I am requesting a full refund on in the amount of $27.67. Order #: *********.

    On 5/10/24 I placed an online order from KFC. One of the items was a 12 pc bucket of chicken that was originally $31.99 on sale for $19.99. ******** delivered. There were only 8 pcs of chicken, the food looked and tasted horrible. It looked like 2 day old chicken. That is probably why it was on sale and they didn’t have enough leftovers so I only got 8 pcs. I tried quite a few times to reach the Rockaway Nj store but the phone just rang and rang or they would pick it up and hang up. When I finally got through they said it wasn’t KFC. I verified I had the correct number with another KFC mgr at another store. Called back till someone answered and I was told to contact ******** for a refund. I called ******** who submitted a refund request for the entire amount $92.99 who forwarded the refund and paper work to KFC. I called ******** again after not receiving refund and they said to contact KFC Still no refund or phone call so I called corporate at ***-***-**** and filed a case #******** on 5/14. They offered me $10 and I refused it as the food was not able to be eaten along with the missing pieces. The girl said she would send to corporate. I still did not hear back. Called today 5/21 and was told they could give me $20. I refused because my family went without dinner that might because the food was disgusting looking and cold along with being shorted 4 pieces. So they said it would go back to corporate for further investigation and someone would call me. No one is going to call me as they haven.t yet. I will never buy from KFC again and make sure all my friends, neighbors and relatives know how they treat their customers. I would rather have pai the $31.99 vs. $19.99 if I knew it was gonna be left over chicken and not ghave gotten shorted. sent back to corporate
