The problem with the product or if the product was ordered by mistake.
Clear photos showing any defective packaging, damage to the product, or anything else you believe is relevant to the return.
USPS does handle some insurance claims with lost packages, but they will also work with you to get to a resolution if a package is lost. You are never on your own at Christopher’s Organic Botanicals.
Call or Text (609) 202-6880 with any questions or concerns and they will make it right. They stand behind our products 100%.
They deal with natural herbal products and cannot take back opened packages due to contamination issues.
Unopened kratom and herbal packages may be exchanged if one type was purchased by mistake. Unfortunately, they will have to charge you for shipping the returned items.
