    I have had an account with nj.com for 2 years. They have been double billing my credit card for 2 years. When I call , they ask me to email them. They never resolve the issue despite multiple emails and pictures sent showing the double billing. They promised to call to discuss the issue but they never did. It is very frustrating to say the lease. I have had to cancel my card in hopes of the charges being dropped.

    Advance media has managed my web sites for 7 years/ I own them. March 2023 jrh asphalt signs a 8month contract to start April 1st 2023 for a SEO program advertising.. I signed and thought they would get to work on it, I did not here from them so I called to see how things was going and they sed they need money to start and information from me. They was supposed to let me know the information needed and I was supposed to give it and bring bill currant. They didn’t get back to me and I didn’t pay anything because why should I pay for something not done!!! So remember this was supposed to start April 1 2023 now it’s end of October 2023 I finally got pushy telling them I’m going with another company I asked them to cancel my contract because now work done and they talked me into staying and told me they would get right on it but they need my help daily for at least 30 days. So I got them all the zip code they asked, which I think that’s there job !! But I did it, we answered several phone calls to confirm things/ we did a ton of emails with them and sorry most of all I in October gave them fifty some hundred dollars for them to get to work, and I asked the yo cancel contract and just start fresh !! They said no catch up pass bills and we’ll move forward. I said why should I pay pass bills that no work was done , they said it’s to complicated to cancel just move forward!! So I did and in 30 days moving forward they told me if the $6700 wasn’t paid there shutting down service and the seo is almost complete!!! So I said how is the seo almost complete within 30 days when they said they need minimum 8 months!!! I told them I will not pay anything more until I see results when I google search paving in the country I chose for seo!!! Anyway they shut off my wed site that I own and will not forward over my site because this seo bill !! I’m not asking for the $5500 I already paid them!! They did do leg work , but I will not pay them $6700 for no results.I want my sites

    I have a subscription to the Star Ledger newspaper for years. Suddenly two weeks ago I began to get an (E24) error message, that my subscription does not have enough permission to access the publication. I made a phone call worked with a representative and the person could not get me into the newspaper. The rep said the app was fixed and now a problem. Ive been in the phone trying to get this a worked out and all Im told is that the ****** is escalated but no resolution comes. Yesterday 3/24 I spoke with another rep who gave a a direct link toe the e newspaper. I had to first access on my laptop. The Apple App will not allow access. I was able to log on with Safari on the iPad. Not as easy as the app but the paper was available This morning the enewssnj.com gives me the E24 error Ive written written to the newspaper again but they ignore my problem. I just want satisfaction to get the newspaper
