            1. This is to file complaint against Deckgaurdian to a) First and foremost the owner of the company Jon C owns an apology to me/customer /beside talking disrespectfully to a women, for screaming , shouting, intimidating and talking so unprofessionally without knowing the details of the landing prices I paid or not, without checking with his salesperson realty and demanding unapproved money /and charges added without my knowlege/approval of the amount. He was threatening he will not provide me details of the warranty if I did not pay for the landing . b) I need all warranties released and provided to me and if Deckgaurdian wants to take the their landing back they can but first they need to payback /rembuirse for my time(more than$300) I spent to do their crew job of cleaning the yard for removing nails and screws and the price I paid for their landing (greater than $0) and they need to put my landing back in its place as it was. Even spite of informing the manager he did not follow on the timely clean up to remove screws and nails from the ground on daily basis. I had requested any additional charges incurred to let me know ahead the amount and get the approval which was not done and additional $300 were charged for the landing citing the contract and my original landing stone in the same place was removed . Had I been informed ahead the additional $300 will be charged I would not have asked them to put the landing, I could used my original landing stone left in the same palce from the AC relocation or got myself cheaper stone and installed it myself/landscaper .

            in our proposal and contra t provided to ***** it clearly shows the cost of such landing if need be later at township inspectors reques, weve installed a $360 landing for ***** and offered to charge $300 only shes refused to pay us for the landing and that she can do it cheaper, when we said let us remove the landing shes refused to let us remove it she's not paid us for the landing yet , see contract and screenshot of particular item reference

            I am rejecting this response because:
            1) Deckgaurdian is breach of their own contract first as per the contract they did not provide safe , respect to customer time and property since they did not clean up twice and nails were lying around creating unsafe enviornment for our dog and family members inspite of telling them to clean, Once they send the person to remove nails who did sloppy job and nails were  still found in backyard where deck was build. It took my time to clean up the yard which they have not rembuirse or gave discount. see attahed picture of one of the nail found there were many

            2) Without finishing the work -clean up and inspection not done yet on Aug 21 in short notice the deckgaurdian is knocking on my door to collect full balance payment without providing any invoice causing stress while I am working, the inspection failed and they had fix several things, it was good the township had clear instruction not to pay contractor until inspection passed, so again they are in breach of their own contract. 

            3) Again the first payment was done in cash of $3100 before the start and second and third were suppose to be collected when they bring material and start the work which deckgaurdian never did and I asked and they said will collect balance at end so again they breaching their own contract and same thing manager said he will install the stone but none of the text message say he will charge $300 though said in the contract. I had clearly requested any additional payment to be made even in contract please let me know ahead of time so I can determine if I will be able to pay orn not. Becaue they were not following their own contract not the manager said anything of the payment I mentioned I will not because I was not informed or approved the charges nor I was aware they will charge me later without my knowledge. 

            4. The final invoice balance was $12328.57 from which $3100 were paid in cash as first payment and $9000 were paid in cash as final payment, so $72 were did go towards the stone and it is lie by Deckgaurdian that I did not pay anything and was zero payment, for the landing stone however they have not remburise for my time and mental stress they caused for leaving nails around and threatening not to release warranties.
            5. Also I said I will not pay because they did not clean up the yard and I had to spent my time looking and removing nails that they left behind which they need to pay.

            we disagree to customer complaint and tried talking to her on this but talking doenst go no where with her so wits a lost battle we don't want to work for her or anything  , shes only hearing her story

            From beginning the communication has been very poor Deckgardian response has no basis and I can show BBB all the text messages how poor was the communication they did not honor per their contract customer safety customer time and respect property I can bring all the nails for witness nor they did clean up left nails around demanding money without inspection passed and giving false information they I paid zero for landing stone nor they reembuirse my time to clean up the yard for nails they left behind

            i need DeckGaurdian to reimburse for my time to do their job of cleaning the yard for the nails they left behind
