            law firm put a hard inquiry without my consent and then when I called them they told me they have a contract with transunion

            This firm obtained two judgments against **********************, in 1994 and 2005, neither of which have been satisfied by the debtor. In connection with ongoing collection efforts, we obtained ************************** credit report from Transunion, a credit reporting agency, under our contract with Transunion. Under 15 U.S.C. Section 1681b(a)(3)(A), Transunion is permitted to issue credit reports, and we are authorized to obtain same, when we intend to use the information in connection with collection of a consumer credit transaction. These particular debts are casino credit debts and therefore within the scope of this federal statute. We informed ********************** of this when he called our office but refused to pay the judgment debts.

            I am rejecting this response because:
            From what Ive been told from numerous agencies including the bbb in order for anyone to pull a hard inquiry they would need my permission which they never got from me so therefore I would like the hard inquiry removed and also based on speaking to TransUnion they said they must get my approval before obtaining a hard inquiry as which was never done  !!

            I work with attorney Taus for less than a year with some quiet months in between and was charged over $14,000 in fees for a service that averages about $5-7,000. The two bills I received from attorney **** contained fraudulent charges of phone calls and emails that never happened and I'm disappointed that someone would try to take advantage of people that way. The more I think of it, the stronger I feel that the $10,000 I have already paid more than cover the work done for me. I will not pay anymore as this is not fair.
