    -In July of 2021, I placed a refundable deposit of $1500 on a *** i4 for delivery summer 2022.-In January of 2022, I received a communication from BM of Springfield to choose the build for the new car. I received the build sheet and was to await a production number.-Over the next 12 months I followed up and was told production was delayed each time.-In February of 2023 I contacted BMW of Springfield and told them I would like to cancel my refundable pre-order since I still had no delivery date. I got no response.-Over the next 7 months, I reached out multiple times to get my deposit back. Each time I received the run around or no response.-In August of 2023, I physically went to the dealership and was told that they did not have my money but rather *** North ******* did and I should call them to get the deposit back -I called *** North ******* and they told me so much that their own dealer was either exhibiting gross incompetence or more likely lying to me because that was not possible and the dealer absolutely would be the one to refund my money.

    While *** Corporate processes deposits and transfers these funds directly to dealers, there was a miscommunication between the corporate office and our dealer.  This refund will be processed and mailed to our customer immediately.  Both and email was send and a phone call made to our customer to confirm.

    I brought 2 bmws to the service center to fix a problem more than once and both times I was told the problem was fixed. The problem was not fixed. I called 3 times asking for a mngr and after holding for a period of time, I was told all the mngrs lft for the day. I s/w srvc and they said I never told them my valve was leaking oil, however the srvc rep informed me in writing it was leaking and covered under the sulev warranty. I dropped my vehicle off for a second time for a repair under the sulev warranty and the rep said they only cleared the check engine light. How can you clear the check engine light without doing any work. This is being dishonestfraudulent! My vehicle is leaking oil everywhere and as a result my bushings and other parts may be damaged. In addition I received a loaner vehicle on 3 separate occasions and each time the vehicles were absolutely filthy inside. There was a used face mask from the previous user, four and crumbs throughout the vehicle and in the trunk, a used pony tail holders with hair attached to them. Thus is absolutely not acceptable and I am beyond livid!

    Regarding the valve cover gasket that requires replacement, when the issue was first diagnosed, the vehicle still had a temporary plate on it, so arrangements were made to have the leak addressed at a later time.  During the subsequent service visit for the check engine light concern, this issue was not re-presented to ********************** as it should have been.  Certainly, no attempt to conceal this concern was made, as the technicians are paid when warrantable repairs are completed, and it should have been raised by the consultant when the vehicle was dropped off.  We regret our oversight just as we expect our loaner vehicles, which are turned over quickly, to be properly inspected and prepared for our next guest before releasing them.  We will address this issue internally, and *******, our service consultant at *** will be certain the valve cover gasket repair, which at the time of this response is currently underway, is completed fully and properly.  We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused.
