    I hired Tim O'Keefe Family Contracting for a complete bathroom renovation in our home. The project began on January 6, 2024, with demolition and throughout the first month, communication was good. After the tile and bathtub and floor were put in, I noticed a few issues with the tile (cracking, uneven), the bathtub upon installation was chipped and the floor was completely uneven, unlevel and hard to walk on. My husband and I met with Tim and his son soon after and they said they would go through the list we made them and fix the issues we mentioned. They did adjust the floor but after adjustment, did not reinstall our steam radiator and did not complete the floor. I called Tim and spoke with him about the floor and he admitted, he should've taken it down to the studs as in the contract he took over but it was too late a this point in time as the bathroom would need to be gutted in order to fix the floor. He also left my attic a complete mess with boards ripped up during renovation, and never nailed them down so it was almost impossible to walk in my attic for fear of falling through the ceiling. I called Tim multiple times, left messages, sent an email and finally, mailed him a certified letter with pictures on what needed to be fixed and completed. I never heard back. I hired Timeless Kitchens to fix our bathroom, along with a tub repair company which totaled to $4000. I'm not looking to sue or take anyone to court BUT I would like to be refunded $4000 for work which should've been completed the first time by the initial contractor, Tim O'Keefe. I have pictures and a copy of the certified letter but can't upload it due to too large file.
