    Zero stars if it were possible. I paid three pay as you go plans and got NOTHING. I was unable to use the phone after activation of the *** and customer service had me reset my network settings. I did that and it worked for a few min. After one SINGLE use for less than 5 min, I logged to see that there appeared to be no money on the account. So I thought there was an error that the payment did not take, so I paid again. Still not working After a 25 min wait for chat, I called and finally got in touch with customer service and was told that all that data was consumed, by logging into my phone ONE TIME! I was told I needed ************* plan. So, I just purchased another $10 unlimited plan. I DID NOT EVEN GET TO SEARCH ANYTHING and my computer says I used all the data. I have spent more that 40 min with customer service and spent ~$36 for virtually NOTHING. Three days later and I am being ghosted.

    Have had H2O service for many years, since 3G shutdown I can't make or receive calls. My phone supports 4G. **************** is rude and unhelpful. They won't answer any service calls chat or email. I have a large balance and H2O won't issue a refund, this is theft. H2O can't provide a service and want to keep the money. I don't recommend using H2O at this point to anyone.

    I've been an H2O customer for nearly a decade. They've always been a budget mobile carrier but the perks were good unlimited plans at very affordable prices, plus great international calling. However, in the past year they've basically become unusable.Calls will drop even though I have service, texts sometimes won't send, and data won't work despite me having 4 bars of LTE. The worst of all has to be the customer service. Without exaggeration, it is the most abysmal of any company I have ever dealt with. The chat customer service feature no longer seems to work (I've waited for over an hour without being connected) and it takes a minimum of 15 minutes to be connected to any agent regardless of when you call. I have literally been hung up on by their customer service agents before. The slight inconvenience used to be worth the savings but I would not recommend H2O to anyone!

    Run away from this service. These people are thieves, I got a duplicate charge and some other questionable charges on my account for service I questioned these transactions, filed a dispute and they cancelled my account twice without notification. I got my account number and port out information after so many tries of reaching them, needless to say it didn't work and I had to get a new number and switch to another carrier.

    This is the second time I got incorrect data service charge in the month, the first time it happened I contacted customer service through online chat, that was on 6/20/2022 which is this Monday, and the representative told me he has turned off the data service for my plan, and I've disbled the mobile data on my cell phone right away. Today 6/23/2022 I noticed that there is another $7.** charge on data service, how could this happen with both data service turned off on the carrier side and mobile data turned off on my side???!!! And the customer service refused to refund me.

    I may have to switch provider after 10 years using H2O Wireless. Their service has completely fallen and there is basically no customer service to assist you. You will be on the phone for hours and nobody will ever pick up. Sad to see this company failing as it wasn't bad just a few years ago.Farewell.

    Have had H2O service for many years, since 3G shutdown my phone has had voice calls blocked even though my phone is 4G Volte compliant. Now they won't answer any service calls chat or email so I cannot even port my number to another cell service. I don't recommend using h2o at this point to anyone. I'm sure they would take your money anytime and might be polite in the process, but if you have any issues later you are out of luck. My advice: STAY AWAY from h2o wireless.

    I use to be a costumer years ago so i said i was going to take back their services so i went online on 3/05/22 i apply for the services i was charge$28.37 which i paid for i received a sim card i went online to activate the service it indicate if needed help to email them which i did all i got in the reply we received your email and we will get intouch with you no one did i called email finally i got a lady who told me the sim is mess up and i have to buy another i ask her what finally she agree to send me one i said to her my service that i had now will be expired on the 3/19 will i received the sim before that time she said yes it was 3/12 she didnt send it and i did not get back my money i called emailed and no one reply

    Where do I start? I have been a loyal customer for over more than 6 years, I stay even when my daughter left H2O wireless 4 years ago. I was charged this month for the monthly service and since 2 weeks ago I haven't been able to make or receive any phone calls. I spend 3 days 2 hours each day waiting for customer service to answer my phone calls or over their chat. When I was on the chat I was log out 2 times.I am ready to move to my daughter's phone service provider, I need the account number to port out my phone line but I can't hold on to customer service. I also need my money back for the service paid and not received. I have had my phone number for over 15 years I don't want to change the phone number. No matter what phone provider whenever I'm not happy they just give me the port to change provider. But this time is insane.
