    Stanley Steemer visited my home on 7/21/2023. In order to service my home they needed a water source. The hose for the front yard was turned off. When the technician tried to locate the water source the valve was left open under the sink. This resulted in water damage to the neighbors home ( flooring, wall, cabinetry ) as well as water damage to my cabinetry, walls, flooring. Upon speaking with Stanley Steemer i was told its basically my problem, not theirs

    Customer put in a complaint with the company as well. We reached out by phone and email to this customer and explained that we will help out with cost of repairing on what was damage by this unfortunate event but not be taking responsibility for the damages due to the fact we were asked to turn on the water underneath the sink. When the job was completed, the technicians asked if she would like the water to be off again and she replied no that she will now be staying at this place. Person who we been in contact regarding this is *******. The day of the job ******* was not present. ******* stated the person at the home was his fianc. Our offering to this customer was not accepted. If there is anything else I can be of assistance please let me know.
