  I hired Walters Custom painting on Monday April 17, 2023, to paint my kitchen Cabinets & 2 bathroom cabinets..The job did not go as expected on 1st day that they painted the cabinets they over sprayed all cabinets..There were dripping everywhere, they got paint on my walls of my kitchen, my bathroom walls including the floors ************ tiles in ************************* on granite counter tops, they even got paint on my 1 week new refrigerator that cost $3000.00 even the wires were painted..I was so upset as I did advise ****** that I was not happy..It did not ******* these gentleman that did the painting were experienced..They did not follow all steps on prepping the cabinets as they should have..I had advised ****** several times on my dissatisfaction on the quality of the workmen ship..****** did try & make corrections unfortunately when they came back they made it worse, and again got paint everywhere on my granite counter, *************** cabinets door have dripping, missing paint, lint on doors, even painted over door **************** even a hair that they painted right over, in my caddy corner cabinet which has glass shelves & lighting that you can see the hair..I asked ****** to Refund me partial of the painting job as I do not want them in my home..Ive paid to Get my walls painted, paid to get the tile cleaned, paid someone to clean all the dust..I do receipts for all service..I have received an estimate for the repairs from a local painting company..Im disappointed with the services that were rendered..The quality of work that was done in my home was subpar & unacceptable & unprofessional..I paid for services that were not done properly from the start..I have uploaded photos, which I have also sent to Walters Custom PaintingThank you

  Hello ********************* *** for most we would like to apologize for any if any mishap. We took all proper steps as we explained before job starting. We covered all your floors with risen paper. We sanded all frames and doors.  You had an issue with paint yes *** we came and cleaned it up. April 26 we completed the job around 1pm. On April 27 approx 5pm we stop by to get paid.  I asked you how everything looked you said good. No issues.  Then a few weeks go by you sent us pictures threw a text I responded can we come back and fix whatever is needed you said no that you wanted a refund. 
  I said let us come by and fix the problem and we can go from there you never responded.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  At this point I do not want them to come back to my home as every time I advised of an issue they were never corrected it properly, instead every time they returned to do touch *** they made it worse & would not clean up after them selves & leave paint behind everywhere..As Ive attached photos to  show was done as subpar work & im highly dissatisfied, I raved about his work as its what I had seen on ********* but unfortunately that was not case when it came time to do my cabinets....I have many spots w/paint dripping, also spots they never painted & left unpainted under my cabinet..To top it off theres many spots where they sprayed right over lint or dust! One spot which I can provide proof if they even sprayed over a hair that you can see itAt this point Im requesting a partial refund to pay a new painting company local in my time that will remdiate all the issuesIts like paying for a full job as it costing moreI have not even given him a bad as I should have nor posted anything negative anywhere..As I could if I choose to! As again I will state this job was done incorrectly & very unprofessional! why pictures speak for them selves..I hope we can move on with the solution..
