    I purchased a Digital photo package from this company when then present their service to my sons school in October 2024 and still have not received them. I made multiple calls to them on January 7th and they finally answered. I spoke with a woman who was giving me a bunch of attitude and being extremely rude. I asked to speak with the gentleman who is the owner and she blast me telling me she is the owner and i should send a email requesting the photo even though i gave them my email along with the money when purchasing the package. Couple minutes after i sent the email with all of the requesting information and i still have not recieved the photo or response. I have been calling the office ever since and they are not answering. I need back my money and that they delete my sons photo from their file or send me the photo asap.

    I have ordered several packages from the company that did my child school photos last year , i only receieved two. i still yet to receive the class photo and the package that i ordered. I reach out to the company several times and they yet to send the missing items. i have already warned the other parents about my experiance and a few others from them.

    Like many of the other recent complaints here, my son's preschool contracted with Mallett to have their school pictures taken by this business. They required cash upfront, which we paid, and we have yet to receive the pictures we paid for or a refund. It is impossible to reach an actual live person when calling their number and emails go unanswered. This is a scam and a fraudulent business, full stop.

    My child goes to a preschool that uses Mallet photography as their photographer for school pictures. when the original pictures were taken prior to Christmas, we received our package but it was missing the class photo. we knew we werent satisfied with the pictures and wanted to contact the photographer to see if they could be re-taken. I called the business number three times and left a message and they never called me back. I called or fourth time that I was able to get through to **********, but she admitted that she picked up an error thinking I was a different school trying to schedule photos and that she wasnt sure who I was. I explained the situation and asked if I could come down to the studio during Christmas break to have my sons pictures retaken. She said that would be fine and that all I would have to do was call and we could schedule it. On the first day of Christmas break, December 26, I called three times and left a message. Again, no one got back to me. I called again on Wednesday twice with no answer. It was only when I had the principal of the school contact the owner and ask for the pictures to be retaken at the school that she got a response. I returned every picture from the old package just as we received it but when we finally received the new package, many of the pictures were missing. We only received two 5 x 7 pictures and one class photo which was not what we paid for. As soon as I received the package, I called the photographer and again no one picked up the phone. I contacted the principal to have her contact them, and they did not believe the pictures were missing. During her conversation with them, she was hung up on. There is no reason whatsoever that I would lie about this. I wanted the package that I paid for I its ENTIRETY. after reading some of the other reviews, I can see that this level of bad business and subpar **************** is a trend with this company. To accuse a customer of lying is totally uncalled for.

    Mallett Photography was hired by my daughter's school for picture day. We chose the digital package that included a digital file of my daughter's photo. $30 was paid in cash for the services. The digital photo has not been provided after repeated emails and phone calls. When there is a response to the email after many attempts, the response is 'check your spam'. I have checked the spam folder, there is nothing. Also, asked for a screenshot to prove it was sent. No response. No response to a refund either. We are not the only parents, there are several others who have had the same experience with this business. Taking money upfront and not providing the service. Unprofessional, no accountability and terrible communication.

    Mallett photography was contracted for my child's annual school photos. We were asked to pay cash before receiving the service, and ultimately several parents including myself never received what we'd ordered. Communication was basically non existent -- multiple phone calls, emails, and communications via the school were rarely given a response. Bare minimum for a functioning business is to deliver the goods or services they've taken payment for and Mallett Photography fails even this most basic criteria. Anecdotally, those who did receive their photos got very poor results. Under exposed and out of focus, akin to what you'd get with the disposable cameras in the 90's.
