Before scheduling the appointment for consultation I specifically asked how long they're booking out for surgery with sedation because I'm on a tight timeline because I'm getting married. They said it'll take a few weeks for the consult but after that the surgery will be right away. With this information I decided to move forward with them and I paid $75 on the first consultation with the surgeon. I went and they said the anesthesiologist isn't here so you have to do another consult with him. At the first visit I asked again to be sure that I will get surgery soon enough to be finished before my wedding and they said don't worry we'll get you in within a week or so. Waited another three weeks and used more sick time for the second consult. After the second consult Feb 1 they say next available surgery is March 29 (~2 months) after telling me 2 other times they would get me in right away. And even still instead of getting my medical clearances while waiting for the second consultation (which should have been scheduled during the first visit so what should have been one consult turned into two) they waited until after the second consult and wouldn't let me schedule the surgery then either. So now I've wasted $400+ here and more than one month and sick time at work.Would've never gone here and paid all these fees if they were honest and accurate with their timeline. And they can't even own up to them giving me inaccurate information, deliberate or not. When they said they'd get me in right away for surgery they knew I wanted sedation. They knew since the first time I called the office. I don't normally write bad reviews but I literally wasted $400 and more than a month of my time I could have been done with the surgery by now. Now I have to scramble to find another surgeon to get me in and I'm also down $400. Spoke to the surgeon and he wasn't willing to take ownership of someone telling me inaccurate info. Nor willing to refund anything
