  This has been an issue since 1/16/20** when H3638313**437353638H ENT put me in collections RMP Collections and also put this on my Credit Report of not being paid the amount of $152.84 stating my secondary insurance which is VA Champ refued to pay. I have called H3638313**437353638H ENT Supervisor line ************* on 1/20/** Spoke to ********* told me **** business days and EOB from Va Champ that H3638313**437353638H neevr sent to my 2nd insurance Va Champ on 1/26/** spoke again another person at the above number still no updates will send an email to Corporate Billing with high priority again another **** business days like previous calls noone ever called me again pn 2-6-20** called the above number spoke with ******************* was sent to Va Champ on 1/27/20** and again another **** business days again 2-13-20** called the above n umber and spoke to ***** no answer Va still no responded and original amount was $1,525.00 from 12/31/21 and again will have an email sent to Corporate Billing again **** business days. I personally called the Va ***************************** on 2/13/** ref # **-OCCFM-10569790 and stated that the 2 times H3638313**437353638H ENT put thru the amount of $152.84 they were denied and sent back to them and on 2-9-20** H3638313**437353638H received a denial letter again stating DX Code invalid that H3638313**437353638H ENT needs to correct this and resubmit for payment. Now today 2-14-20** i called another number for H3638313**437353638H ENT IN ******** in the billing department at ************ and spoke to ******* at extention #**** she says they never sent thru payments incorrectly and asked why if this was being sent back from the Va Champ why wasnt this matter taken care of and now your hurting m y credit because of being dropped in your department. She states she will personally call Va Champ and have it fixed and call me back and she did she is stating that Va Champ did it improperly and not the billing department and Va Champ is putting thru the payment today and it will take 3-4 weeks to be paid. I said well thats great so you can call RMP Collections and have this taken off my credit report and said no cause we dont have the payment and until its paid it will not be removed ref # **-OCCFM-90-10584493 and i said so let me get this straight I never recd a bill and now you are telling me because this bill is from 12/21 and somewhere this was not doned so now Im taking the hit and she said basically we will not remove that off your credit till its paid. This is unfair and so much leg work if I wasnt so on top of this H3638313**437353638H ENT would of never called Va Champ and now I have to wait ? Can somone please tell me what i can do Im disabled and I have bujilt my credit up to let it take almost a 30 point hit for something i never did. I appreciate anything you can do
