    STAY FAR AWAY!!!!Ordered a 2k chandelier after their website said it would be delivered in 3-7 days. 2 months later, nothing after they said it keeps missing its boat shipment in another country. I had to call multiple times a day for weeks to try and get an answer after being lied to multiple times that they would get back to me. Ive only been refunded $125 of the 2k.

    This business sent out a chandelier that has rust, 4 of 8 glass cylinders were broken because they through those in a bag then put metal fixtures on top- they said they dont take returns after 30 days but it took 4 months to deliver it- also stated they dont do replacement parts making the the chandelier useless without all 8 glass cylinders. This company is a disgrace and I cant believe they are still open. Oh- and the whole chandelier came in pieces without directions- nothing. Zip.

    I purchased a ceiling fan from Gallery of Homes in September. The item was featured and on sale if purchased that day. Subsequent to my proving my information and credit card, They indicated the fan was on back order but would ship with in a few weeks. I have reached out to them several times since and always get the same answer, the ship is coming in next week and youll have the fan at the end of the week. Ive heard this same story on three occasions in Nov, Dec and January. I believe this is a sham company. I asked for my money back and they offered a $50 discount if I kept the order open. They said the discount would be run against my CC. I have not received a credit or the fan. There are others who have reported the same scenario. Company takes order, payment and then claims item on back order.

    Item was delivered and kept past 30 days per there policy. Due to family emergency we could not open box within 30 days and found product later on to be defective and missing parts. We explained our situation and tried to get at least half back. But they denied to help.

    Hi,

    This return request has way passed the time frame. It was delivered December 2022 and that is a year ago. Our policy states that the return process must be initiated within 30 days from the day of receipt of the order.

    However here to help. If they will settle with a half refund to close and settle we will agree. This means a half refund and no further parts etc. to close and settle.
