Refund and Exchange Policy
Please examine all parts immediately. 

Business must be notified within five (5) days after the receipt of
material(s), in the event of any claim. No allowances will be made for
shortages or damages unless they are notified within (5) days, giving the date
and the number of your invoice. Any and all returns must be received within 15
days of the invoice date. Absolutely no returns on 'special orders' or
electrical items, (i.e. wiring harnesses, gauges, fuses, etc.) 

MarinePowerService.com only accepts returns made within the first 15-days of
the shipment. Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must
be shipped within this 15-day guarantee period. Please follow the return
instructions printed on the back of your invoice. No return merchandise will be
accepted without a prior Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number and a copy of
the invoice. RGA numbers may be obtained by calling 1-732-751-1200. Items must
be in the original packaging complete with the warranty card and owner's
manual, and under no circumstances will new parts be returned if they show
signs of use or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject
to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Returns originally paid for by credit card are
issued a credit for purchase price. Refunds for product value only, excluding
shipping and handling. Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable!
Articles being overlooked and thrown out with the packing material. Damage,
pilferage, or loss in transit. A claim should immediately be filed with the
shipper and/or transportation company if this occurs. Contact UPS at
1-800-742-5877 to report such claims.
