    DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Have a warranty issue with an injector and cannot even get through their phone system to talk to a real person. Was on hold for 35 minutes and finally asked for a call back. It is day #3 with NO call back. I have tried several time this week and cannot get through. Poor, poor customer service.

    Ordered an aftermarket steering shaft. Order was shipped promptly. Upon opening and inspecting part, I noticed that it was already loose and had very little grease in it. I immediately called XDP and requested a return label and refund. They are giving me the run around, stating that I have to send it to the manufacturer even though I purchased the product from them 2 days prior. They *********** not accept returns as there policy outlines on their website. I will never do business with them again and have disputed this charge with my credit card company. I urge everyone to stay away from XDP.

    Scammers, horrible company will tell you they have parts in stock then send you an email that they dont and will send it in two to three weeks. Then hold your money for days. Buy literally anywhere else dont support these scammers l.

    Ordered a drain tube they say had in stock next day air. So I added what it recommended to buy with it. First they didn't have the tube I found out 10 minutes after I purchased everything. I called immediately and send to cancel it if you don't have the drain tube. They said to late it already shipped. I said impossible I just placed the within 10 minutes ago. They said sorry nothing I can do. I've heard good and bad about them. I found out the bad about them.

    I've ordered many times from XDP and been very happy overall with their products, shipping, service etc. I only had one bad experience, and that was my fault for not reading their return policy, I guess. I did not get around to fixing my old truck within the 30 DAY RETURN PERIOD and when I did do the project I realized they'd sent me a different part # than I'd ordered. Because it was wrong part # and I had the ****** tore apart when I realized it, I ran to a local store and bought the right part. When I contacted them and told them, they said returns had to be sent within 30 days and so now I have a part I don't need and will try to sell for a loss on ***** I recommend this company as long as you make sure you receive the right stuff when your order arrives, so you can return it within the 30 days they accept returns.     I ordered a incorrect part. Asked to return the part and was granted the Return. That was early May and the end of September I still do not have the store credit or a return....I have reached out multiple times and have not received one response as to when I should receive my credit. The package was delivered in May and the *** number was wrote on 4 side of the box, couldn't miss it but they seem to miss giving me my credit....Pretty shady situation.

    Purchased an engine from them took me about 4 hours to go through the whole thing and then the next day I get a voicemail telling me that the company had discontinued the engine and their refunding my money back I really think they need to update their catalog and get things out of there that they do not have anymore because this is become a nightmare for me. I did not have a good purchasing experience with these people at all.

    Awful customer service, I bought an $800 part that was advertised as a proper fit and when I received it did not at all. Said they would not take it back just because I put one bolt in it when I Realized it didnt fit, so now I have an $800 part that I cant return and it is not damaged. Pretty ridiculous. Very dissapointed, will not buy from them again nor will I recommend them.

Unfortunately, it's our understanding that the vehicle this part was being installed on is configured with a short bed, which may explain any fitment issues you are experiencing.
