  I have been a customer of ******************************************* since 2021. Im leasing the Levante. The car is giving me trouble since beginning but recently it has gotten significantly worse. I kept getting flat tires through out the years in the same side- the back passenger side. I have made complaints about it to the service department only to hear that I need new tires. I purchased 4 new tires in October and now again the tire looks worn out on the same side that has been giving me flat tires and on top of that the car is not holding the road properly when taking a turn. It feels that the car is shaking and loses the line. I have called 4 times for an appointment - they are refusing to give me an appointment telling me that I need a New tire. I provided them with proof that I purchased four new tires and I need this issue w alignment resolved. When I was there for service appointment because an engine light came on - they fixed the carbon tank and said my car is good to go Meanwhile I find out in their records they have noted that the car is not safe to drive and they lied to me and said it was ok it just needs a new tire. I told them get to the bottom of the problem to find out what us causing this continuous issue because it seems that the line that holds the wheels together is broken and wheels are not corresponding to one another while driving. Wheels are not working in tandem w each other. When I went up pick up the vehicle last time it was in the shop I was quoted a price $2600, when they got my approval for $1300 to fix the carbon tank. When I questioned why so much they reviewed and said I sorry we applied to your order someones elses ******** if I didnt check they would of overcharge me twice as much. I keep calling trying to get a service appointment to get my car fixed and they are not giving me an apt til end of the month saying they dont have a loaner. The service department lied by saying its ok to drive and document on their end its not safe to drive
