    To Better Business Bureau,

    *************************, *******'s daughter brought ******************************* 2017 Nissan Sentra to Woodbury Nissan on 11/4/23 for an oil change and another issue that we could not duplicate. She came in again on November 15th for recommended  brakes and throttle body service. ****** came back on November 24th with an acceleration concern, Woodbury Nissan discovered a code for the transmission. The service advisor contacted Nissan as per Nissans protocol to get an approval needed for replacement of the transmission. **************** thought the throttle body service should have fixed her problem. The 2017 Nissan Sentra needed the transmission replaced, which was approved by Nissan.  Woodbury Nissan in good faith refunded the cost of the throttle body service. **************** had another issue on December 1st. Her car was brought to  Woodbury Nissan, at that time new codes were discovered. The technician ordered the parts that were  needed, and we are waiting for their arrival. In the meantime **************** is in a rental at no expense to her and the repairs and parts are all covered.

    I understand Ms. ******* concern, however the problems that the car is having, are taken care of with the transmission replacement and the repair that is currently being performed.

    We have been in business 46 years and have a A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We pride ourselves in taking care of our customers and *************************** has been a loyal customer since 2017.

    I am rejecting this response because:  this should have never happened.  And the fact that they do not keep you informed at all.  We should feel safe in our car but we do not at all.  Very sad that I was told prior to this that I need to take down my review and hung up on me.  This car has under ****** miles and has always been upkeep on it.  We want to be completely 100% compensated for this mess.
