Ive been a returning customer of ********************** and recently placed an order for a custom 5-sided clear acrylic box (6"x19"x25", 1/4" thickness), the exact same product I ordered almost exactly one year ago. Unfortunately, my experience this time has been extremely disappointing due to an outrageous price increase and lack of customer support to address the ******** January 2024, I purchased this same box for $159.60, with a total cost of $175.60 after shipping and tax. Now, just one year later, the price has skyrocketed to $241.41, with a total of $269.73 after applying their so-called 5% discount. Thats a 54% price increase for the exact same product in just 12 months!When I contacted customer service, they explained the price increase was due to industry costs but offered no other solution or discount to offset the massive hike. They also pointed out their volume pricing, but as an individual buyer who doesnt purchase in bulk, that option is irrelevant to me. Even their 5% discount code barely covered shipping costs, which only added to the frustration.While the quality of their products is fine, this kind of pricing strategy feels exploitative, especially toward individual customers. I used to trust **********************, but after this experience, Ill definitely be shopping around before buying from them again.If youre considering purchasing from them, be prepared for shocking price increases, and dont expect much help from their customer service team.

.I was excited to find this place online and ordering went smoothly. Unfortunately the displays arrived with significant manufacturing defects and the company refuses to honor their work since we weren't able to unbox the items before the delivery man left, even though I reached out to the oompany within 30 minutes of the delivery. The jagged lines are inside the cases and look like irregularities in the creation of the dispay, not external scratches. As a small museum, we cannot afford to replace these and it makes for a poor customer service experience when a company will not stand behind their products.

They don't want to deal with returns and refunds. I returned my product for a refund and was told it was damaged in the mail--images were included. They would not refund. I read reviews of the company and many items returned were also damaged in the mail. It looked suspicious and left me with that sick feeling that I'd been lied to.

Added a $30 "handling fee" to a $16 order! Never mentioned the fee, this was in addition to a $16 shipping fee.

Very poor quality products and even worse "customer service." Purchased a Sneeze Guard Barrier for my SUV however it caused scratching in the vehicle's interior all around the perimeter of the barrier and worse yet was that it sliced two clients and one driver's hand on the sharp edges. No apology, no offer for replacement or refund. They take no responsibility for their defective merchandise and this was a complete waste of money.
