    July 18, 2022, Called since my bill had increased from 133.00 per year to $276 per year. My yearly is up on July 31, 2022 and I always pay prior to that date. They drop the price back down to $108 for this next year and since that date July 18, 2022 I have not received a paper. I have called and was told my account # ********* is on hold till August 01, 2022 due to paying early. My account was payed up to july 31, 2022. Trying to talk to them has been a total waste of time. They are overseas somewhere. I have paid for the paper thru July 31, 2022 from last year and sent in check # **** on July 18 2022 for August 2022 to July 31, 2023 already. Just want them to finish my 2022 contract and start my 22/23 year contract. Would like a credits for the miss papers since they do not bring you a paper when they miss you any more.

    What the customer is stating may in fact be true. I cannot speak to the situation as we here in the local office

    Have nothing to do with payments and billings.

    Looking at her account it looks like they fulfilled her requests.

    A credit for missing papers has been issued and the restart date is correct.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that it was the only way they would work with me.  I never did get why they cut my paper for the two weeks.  I will never see the credit since the only way to use them is renew my paper next year.  I did not get any of the miss papers credits for the year 21/22 and they have already added that I own them more money after it was decided on the price and check was written and cash by you.  Not a good way to run a business.   It is impossible to talk to the local people since they do not handle anything anymore.
