            We reported our air conditioning not working 05/08/2023 and still have no air conditioning. We have been told they have to order a part and it's been 2 months and still no air conditioning. I am 5 months pregnant. We have been up to date with rent but still no air conditioning

            The resident's AC condenser went out. She was given a portable AC for her apartment while we waited for the parts to come in to fix her AC. 

            Her AC condenser was replaced this month and is working well. 

            Delayed parts were out of our control, we did provide temporary relief while they were on order.

            I moved into this apartment complex because it is in a nice area and I thought it'd be a nice place for my kids to play and make friends. They claim to have "a beautiful landscape". However, the landscape is constantly trashed. When they come to mow the lawn they don't pick up the trash first and they mow over it causing the litter to spread and be even worse. They also mow over the dog poop. There is always several piles of poop left on the lawn that is then mowed over so my kids cannot even enjoy playing in the grass because it is not safe due to all the litter and dog poop. I have made several complaints and they tell me that they cannot do anything about it. Management is rude and unwilling to help at all. So it has left me no choice but to seek help elsewhere. Which is why I am making this complaint. The district manager Danielle, is not doing a very good job of managing this property. I am not the only one who has complained of litter and dog poop. Yet absolutely nothing has been done to resolve the issue. I am upset because had I known that management was this poor I would have looked for a different place to live. I have gone to the district manager several times and nothing has been done. I would really like to have a decent place to live, especially for the price I am paying to live here

            Have not had water in kitchen for 1 week. Office says may be up to another 2 weeks. Does not keep residents informed of progress. Does not attempt to get another company to correct this issue. Will not consider decrease in monthly rent for length of time this has occurred.

            I have spoken with the resident earlier today and advised them of the situation with the different plumbing companies we have contracted. We found a plumber that is able to complete the scope of work the broken pipe requires and work will begin tomorrow. 

            The resident was advised that a rent discount will be given for the time she has been without use of her kitchen water. The discount will be determined once the work is completed. 

             

            The plumbers need to jackhammer the kitchen in this unit and the adjacent apartment. Once they expose the broken pipes, they will be replaced. The concrete will be re-laid, and new vinyl will be put in the kitchen once the concrete has set. 

             

            All this information was delivered to the resident today.
